"It has been our 3rd time back to this hotel. Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, great food choices, plenty activities for kids and teenagers. Cons: The rooms need update; they are somewhat worn out. Night time entertainment needs improvement. Would come back again; overall, it was a great stay. "

"Very nice and clean property. Staff are so attentive and hard working. Lots of vegetarian food options in breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lots of bars with variety of drinks and liquor available. Very nice and clean beach front resort with fancy pool and cabanas, dedicated pool for children. Easily accessible from airport and downtown Cancun. Allowed us early check in by 3-4 hours. Highly recommend for someone with a family or even if its just girls trip or boys trip. "

"I was concerned about losing Capt’s Cove and La Conquistador as dining options but the new Bistro did a great job of minimizing those concerns. The ambience of the waterfront dining at CCove will be missed, however. The service level of the staff is what makes this place so outstanding and it is still there. "
