“Absolutely awful”

Extremely disappointed with all aspects of the hotel - staff absolutely rude and unhelpful (apart from the Manager, Massimo, who did his very best to help sort out all of the problems, but he really didn't stand a chance due to such a disorganised mess. No one to serve breakfast, no breakfast, well, cereals with no milk, no towels, dirty jacuzzi, no use of pools - one was 'ornamental' the other was a public pool with which there was a charge and a need to wear a swimming hat!!! Aaaaah, awful! Don't go!

“Semble calme au premier abord, mais les manifestations hôtelières rende le séjour très bruyant.”

Pour nos vacances, c'est hôtel était bien situé, difficile d'accès, la publicité sur la piscine est non fondée car durant notre séjour, toujours en nettoyage. Notre séjour a été globalement satisfaisant, si ce n'est que la chambre que l'on nous avais donnée (107), avait une odeur de moisi, ne disposait pas de frigo en état de marche, pas de télécommande de télévision, pas d'évacuation sur l'évier, une douche dont la douchette était déficiente et le sèche cheveu ne fonctionnait pas. Une première info, le lendemain de notre arrivée, sur le sèche cheveu n'a pas été prise en compte. La veille de notre départ, j'ai de nouveau signalé le sèche cheveu et en plus toutes les autres choses que je venais de découvrir. A partir de cet instant, la direction de l'hôtel a fait le maximum pour améliorer notre confort en nous octroyant une chambre plus spacieuse et confortable. Dommage que notre séjour s'achevait. Le restaurant est très correct ainsi que ses prix, le choix doit être convenable, mais le manque d'info ou de présentation des plats pose problème. Le petit déjeuné est simple et ne correspond pas à l'attente d'une demi pension. Malgré tout, les demandes que nous avons faites pour améliorer le contenu ont toutes été satisfaites par le personnel très accueillant.

Area recommendations

Monte Vergine, très belle basilique dans la montagne. Erculanum, Pompéi, la montée du Vésuve, Paestum Capri est très joli, mais la visite de la grotte d'azur est surfaite et n'est pas intéressante pour toute l'attente que l'on a. C'est du débit de touristes.
