“godlocatnbut”

Although the front desk staff were very helpful, made sure guests had a comfort stay, it's not for business traveller who needs a good night sleep. If it was not for the location, I would not have stayed there. The doors are not insulated from sound and cold air. The trash pickup truck comes in hte middle of night and can wake the whole neighbor up. The room service does not check back when told to come back later, and jsut forgot about it.

“Nice stay”

The only complain I have was the phone service. I was not able to receive a call two times. No answer at front desk sometimes . Otherwise it was a nice stay. the rooms was very clean and nice.

“Great for the price.”

I needed a cheap hotel for just one night's stay. I wanted clean and nice but didn't need any frills. This was the perfect answer. Great location, nice room, clean and comfy! I was totally satisfied!

It was a little less than expected for a cheap hotel, but not completely terrible for one of the chepest hotels in the area.

“BAD LOCATION”

It was very hard to find the Hotel. Finally called and had them give me directions while driving. NO GOOD!! The rooms were nice and the beds were GREAT had good night sleep. The staires close to the office the bottom step is not light up so you don't know that there is one more step. So I missed the step and landed on my knees and elbows, bruised and sore for weeks! NOT GOOD.

“Would look for better location”

this was the last available hotel with two rooms for the days we wanted. It met our needs but we would rather have been closer to downtown Austin
