“Good hotel”
Good ubication, frontdesk people werent neather nice nor unpolite
“Horrible beds”
We were given a room that had one full size bed and a sofa that made into a full size bed. They were both very uncomfortable. Expedia reservation said the room had 2 queen beds. Not at all true. Hotel was in very nice area and very clean. If a good nights sleep doe not matter to you, this place has everything else.
“Very pleasant front desk”
The person working the front desk was very helpful and pleasant even though she was there both when I check in late and when I checked out. I appreciate this kind of service.

You couldn't pay me enough to go back. Rude staff, rooms smell horrible and terrible location.

the only problem was the noisy guests that kept coming in and out of the hotel side door. other than that, the stay was not bad at all.
“Great Overnight Stay or Even Longer”
It was more than I expected. The room had a full refridgerator, small kitchen with all the utensils and dishes.
“Good budget option”
This is a good value-for-money hotel, away from downtown Austin in a suburban neighbourhood. The hotel itself was neatly presented, and the room was clean and comfortable. For visiting Austin, the location was a bit remote unless you have a car. Having said that, this hotel is served by a reliable bus service which runs weekdays only, that will get you downtown within 30 minutes or so. There are several large malls within 30 minutes' walking distance, also. Evening dining is a little tricky, with a (good) pizza place and a (very good) burger place right next to the hotel, but those being the only options. I didn't see a supermarket in the vicinity whatsoever. The only problem I had was that one of the hotel desk staff walked into my room whilst I was in it without knocking. He not only used a swipe card, but also unlocked the door with a key (since I had locked it from the inside). This was due to him mistakenly thinking the room was vacant. He looked embarrassed, but wasn't terribly apologetic. I also had some noisy neighbours, but that wasn't the hotel's fault.
“Good Hotel for Business Travelers”
The hotel is clean and in a great area. It is located next to a shopette that has several restaurants, ice cream parlor, etc. It is also within 5 minutes of the shopping center, The Domain. Additionally, it is very close to National Instruments and IBM.
“Super!”
Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer geräumig und gemütlich und generell habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen! Der einzige Nachteil ist die Lage, falls man kein Auto zur Verfügung hat.
