It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is a great value at the price they charge for a room. However, when our room keys didn't work one night, we did have to wait a long time for the person working the lobby to re-swipe our cards. She was on the phone with a customer who was making changes to a future reservation, and if she had only asked what our need was, she could have taken care of us in 15 seconds. Instead, we had to wait until she finished the phone call, which took a good 8 minutes...while we just stood there with two room keys that didn't work.
We stayed there one week. It was mostly a pleasant experience, but I'm giving it 4 stars out of 5 due to some minor inconveniences. Half of the clothes closet is blocked by a wall, thereby making access to the farther half very difficult. Also, if anyone is using the make-up space next to the sink, it blocks all access to the clothes closet. That can be frustrating when two people are getting ready to go somewhere. The space where the toilet sits is quite cramped. While on the toilet you can't open or close that door because it will hit your knees. We also missed having a microwave. The only microwave for the hotel was in the breakfast room, but it was put away during breakfast and often the staff forgot to set it out again after breakfast.

We liked everything about this hotel. Our room with comfortable beds, a breakfast room with fresh tasty food and nice tableware, a spacious lobby area, a clean swimming pool with soft new towels - everything was of high quality. Hotel staff is very nice and professional.
