“BAD CUSTOMER RELATIONS NEEDS IMPROVEMENT”

Bad customer relations, need better personnel in the front office. The rooms are over due be change, need to change all obsolete appliances. The worst country breakfast I have ever had since my travels. This is one of the worst hotel I have stayed in.

“Not Impressed”

The hotel had potential with an inviting though modest lobby, a convenient location and an in-room coffee maker, microwave and fridge. However, this Super 8 did not live up to its potential because of poor attitudes and lack of service. One evening I came back after a long day of meetings and the room hadn't even been cleaned. The breakfast offerings were meager, and the hotel management was unresponsive. They didn't even apologize for failing to clean the room night.

“NOT IMPRESSED”

Check in was a mess. It took 3 people to find my reservation. The room was okay but the rug needed to be clean, breakfast was poor quality, and parking was limited. NOT RETURNING!!

“Good Hotel”

Hotel was very good. Clean, Quiet, and centrally located for our needs. Good restaurants near.

“Good for the price”

Everything about the hotel was pretty good. The breakfast wasn't that great, but I wasn't counting on a "super" one anyway.
