This property is NOT as advertised. Area is unsafe and the rooms are filthy. The pictures posted are NOT a good representation. We checked in but left as soon as we saw the room and were confronted by crackheads in the parking lot. No refund for a 4 night stay because of the 24 hour in advance policy. False advertising got them my money. Disgusting.

This is without question the worst hotel on earth. Do not stay here under any circumstances. It smells awful, it’s dirty, there are cigarette burns on the linens, there are cockroaches. Just stop reading this now and look into another option.

The hotel was unclean and unkept. The towels were stained and needed to be replaced so did the bed linens. There were spiderwebs in the ceiling and the bathroom was disgusting.

This place is filthy. There were roaches in my room, live and dead. The neighborhood is unsafe. Right outside the hotel I could see drug activities. Never stay here.

As you first enter the door, you are greeted with an awesome foil smell like old dumpster garbage. The carpet, chair, table and wash was disgusting. Just don’t stay here. I was there for 10 mins and left. I don’t even care about the refund. It was that bad.

Book anywhere else!
Suppose to have breakfast, refused to put anything out but black coffee. Left all the breakfast cases empty. Could only get new or clean towels between 7am-10am. No exceptions. Water went out 2x times took 2 plus hours to fix. Pool was empty it was suppose to be full. No pet areas for potty. Non smoking room but clearly was smoked in, burn holes in comforter. The bathroom door was so damaged you had no privacy even when closed. The shower/tub did not work properly, bathtub just filled with water and had to take break to allow to drain. Police were on property multiple times during my 3 day stay for fighting and noise complaints. They did have new tile and fresh paint on some of the surfaces. Will never stay there again.

The WORST hotel I’ve EVER stayed in. Dirty, poor front desk service, dirty, dirty. Had to flush toilet two times to send down “liquids”. Room stank from previous years of smoking and the was a Non-smoking room.

Roach infested. Messed up our reservation and acted like we were at fault when we paid through Expedia. Absolutely nasty. Sad we came down to visit our soldier at Fort Gordon before he leaves and couldn't even bring him back to our place. Had to sit at a bowling alley as it was one of the only places open on Easter Sunday!!! Owners should be ashamed of themselves!!! I have lots of videos which we had to show before they would change our room to a less nasty one as we couldn't find another place due to the Masters.

Nice location if you are visiting historic Augusta. Older property with sparse amenities. You need to be without a place to sleep to stay here.

Showed up and our room stunk of weed. Our room we booked had a flood that they were currently cleaning up. Door looked like it had already been kicked in. DO NOT STAY HERE. We left and got a different hotel. We were sure that we would have had are vehicle or room broken into while we slept.

Stay elsewhere if you can afford it. Stained sheets with holes in them, stained fraying towels. Smells awful (accidentally booked a smoking room). Dirty, needs renovations and new furniture. I've stayed in worse at the same price point, but only a couple times.

This property does not even try to act like a motel. It does not have a place to hang your clothes. The television and mirror in the room were filthy. How hard is it to clean those items? I laid down and started to itch. It was too late to change the reservation, so I was able to buy some Lysol at a store nearby and then wait until the room aired out.

Motel not hotel, and in very poor condition. Local vagrants loitering outside entrance of property, likely the least nice property I’ve stayed in. Definitely will not return, and would look at another location miles away from this area.

This place is by far the worst i have ever stayed at. went to augusta for the masters and expedia put together a good value package for us with this hotel. from the pics it looks ok. in a terrible unsafe area , hotel is disgusting, smells aweful. would not walk on the floors in bare feet or even socks. dont really know what else to say , i will be scrubbing this place out of me for a long time.

Office was locked Took 10 minutes to find someone to check me in. While I stood outside the office, several men passed by that smelled like marijuana. Room was filthy. Bathroom also smelled like marijuana. Smeared mirror and windows. Unknown substance splattered on mirror. Headboards to beds had oil residue from previous tenants heads and whatever was up there. Black dirt on everything. Paint peeling from ceiling. Counter completely broken in two. Totally nasty.
