It was a decent place to stay. Staff was helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Priced reasonably.

Hotel fine in a desperate pinch, but beware

Posted 16-Jul-2014
Pros: close location to Atlantic City & other attractions our family was doing
Cons: 1) breakfast -- too many carbs, would be nice to have eggs, even hard boiled eggs would be nice 2) overall maintenance issues throughout the hotel
Location: location is close to Atlantic City
Hotel definitely needs some updating, and properly make repairs instead of "band-aid fixes" which are seen everywhere. (1) first you're greeted with a problem at building #3 - the door handles gaining you access have to be jiggled either up or down to work, and usually its not on your 1st try, (2) also in building #3 there's an extension cord running from the soda machine down the hallway to an outlet (the cord is unsightly strung high on the walls using bathroom hooks), (3) apparently the hotel owners don't believe in using A/C because our room greeted us w/open windows and was stifling hot on a July day of 90 temperatures -- the A/C did work, but it would have been better if it was turned on & waiting for us. We did notice windows opened throughout the hotel and breakfast area during our stay -- this tells us that the hotel owners are being cheap. (4) the drink dispensers in the breakfast area don't work properly, (5) the hot & cold faucet in room 307 was reversed, (6) also in room 307 a sink faucet appeared to be used for the tub faucet, and didn't work very well, (7) unsettling to see a pickup truck w/2 flat tires in the parking lot near Bldg #3 w/weeds growing around it (obviously been there for some time). When we checked out, the front desk didn't ask how our stay was (as most places do), so we can only conclude they don't care about their business or the people who stay there

Nice hotel with pool near Atlantic city boardwalk.

It was a short stay. I enjoyed the hotel and the shops that are near. I would recommend it for a short stay but it was too expensive for one day $300.

Pros: Cleanliness!
Cons: The door to the building did not lock. They can fix that.
Location: The casinos were very close and plenty of restaurants were in the area.
My stay was nice and clean as well as quiet and relaxing.

Overall stay was pleasant. One little thing. There was no fridge in the room. That was odd.
