This is an older building that needs some work. There seem to be a number of permanent residents there. Many of those residents are noisy. The rooms are very basic. All doors the face the outside even at $67 per night, this hotel was not worth it. This should be a $45 per night property at best. I did not necessarily feel unsafe there, but I did not feel comfortable because of the conditions and cleanliness of the room.

The front desk person was rude. Keys didnt work so she said i wasnt using it right. She tried it and it didnt work. All the while we were standing in 20 degree weather waiting. While unpacking the carbwe saw two drug deals in two idfferent rooms. Faucets are leaking. The place is filthy with carts of trash sitting on the walkway. Apparently the area is so unsafe they lock the lobby during the day. Mold in the bathrooms and broken toilet

This is the worst place do not go there. The bathroom has had an animals in there that scratched the door. My husband got up in the night to use the bath room and stepped on a piece of glass he bled and we got it out.I personally cleaned the bathroom never saw cleaning service. Had to ask for clean sheets after 3 days. NEVER AGAIN will we stay here oh and did I mention the breakfast non existent. We made a waffle raw in middle. Nightmare gross walked our dog the dumpster area was I’m sure a code violation filthy. There are signs re smoking our neighbor was out side smoking in front of his door but we could smell it yuk. Please do not send any one here. It truly is awful. Rude awful.

This hotel has obviously turned into a shelter. Guests should be made aware before booking. The stairways were dirty & filthy, kids running around everywhere from the entrance to lobby & all over. Really disappointed with the condition of this property for the price i paid. It was supposed to be smoking free but reeked of various smoke scents especially in our room. There's a giant gap in the door frame for air to come in and people smoke outside in the parking lot and it just stays in the room. People seem to live in these rooms - there's extra people and trash that's over flowing. A simple repainting would probably help the rooms but the walls are scuffed and surfaces and bathtub chipped and scraped. Breakfast was either waffles or frosted flakes/ raisin bran - no other choices or even fruits.

This is an older hotel with outdoor entry - and bulletrpoof glass payment window upon entry into the locked lobby. Need I say more? Inexpensive rooms for the area and there is a reason why. Breakfast is cold cereal or waffles - no toast, yogurt, muffins or hard boiled eggs. If you need gluten free - eat somewhere else.

Homeless shelter—dirty and noisy, not a hotel.
Very noisy, vulgar and constant shouting from the long term residents around me (shelter rooms for homeless?) would not quiet down, even when politely asked to. The noise was continuous until 2:30 am and still occasionally occurring when I gave up on trying to sleep and just left at 430 in the morning. Management was slow to respond to the phone, and when finally able to be reached by phone at midnight said they had no other room to move me to that night and would not do anything to quiet down the people in the adjacent room. I gave up on the room, cancelled my next two night’s reservation and went elsewhere. Management has failed to refund my payment in advance for the last two nights and would not even offer any sort of compensation for their not being able to provide me with a safe, peaceful night’s rest, not even an apology. It looks as if they have also double charged me. So no refund has actually occurred. Not very clean, the fridge had two opened half empty old cans of cola inside and the floor was so grimy that my foot soles picked up a thick layer of sooty dirt just from walking from the shower to my bed, such that I needed to re-wash them!

Stay away! Bad place!
The entire outside was unbelievably dirty with lots of trash around and entire walkways could benefit from power washing. Argument in room next to us which I thought I should have probably called police. Second night altercation in parking lot around 2:30 with what I thought were gunshots but no police came. Shower bar in room pulled from wall so shower curtain draped to middle of pole. Breakfast ran out of everything. Ever tried to eat a waffle with 2 knives. Hard to believe this is listed on your site. Definitely not staying there again. One good thing, person manning front on day of departure was extremely helpful.

Hoping for a turn around!
Front desk lady was friendly. Free-breakfast was included, eventhough the filters indicated no free-breakfast. Location is great if you are visiting Stone Mountain, hotel has plenty parking spots. The maintenance of the place really needs intense attention. The hallway floor and stairs were super dirty. Room 221 has stained walls in both the bedroom & bathroom. The bedroom coffee maker was not functional.

Mostly everything was great. Only complaint I had was keeping the outdoor area clean.

There was a horrible smell like something died, mold everywhere, bedding made me itch and gave my son a terrible rash so there’s definitely probably bedbugs, never came to clean the room, rude staff other than the locksmith, room key didn’t work entire stay, pool literally had trash and flies in it so there’s no way their cleaning it. Overall they deadass need to be shut down

This is one of the worst hotel I have been. They charged me different amount in two credit cards after I tried three different cards because my banks locked my cards for fraud alerts due to they were trying to take two different amounts in one transaction. The employee just told me that my credit cards declined 3 different times. After I checked my bank app, they already took part of the payment and she was trying to process the entire payment again with my other cards. This happened to others customers as well and I told her that their system was failing and was trying to process multiple transactions every time I inserted the card. Now the hotel was very dirty on the outside, and parking lot. The reception inside smells terrible and they has the lobby door locked like a prison. A few customers were at the lobby complaining about the door in their room that was not working property. When I went to the room they gave me, there were a bunch of people in front of the room, there were poor light outside, abd when opened the room, the light didn't work and the room smell very bad. So I went back to the lobby and turned in the keys and requested a refund. The employee just ask me if I used the room, and I told her that I didn't because the light doesn't work in the room and I just have the keys for around 5 minutes. She told me that I have to called Expedia to get a refund. I called Expedia and they called the hotel. They agree to refund the money they took from my 2 accounts

The room was nothing like picture. I could smell marijiuana throughout entire stay. Room was dirty and tub was horrible. 2nd bed the cover had cigarette burns when there was a sign that says no smoking. I’ll never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.
