“I'd stay there again.”

This hotel is situated in close proximity to several of the major interstates and the international airport. Finding the hotel from the rental car center was a breeze as it's literally just down the road and visible from the center. Dropping of the rental was just as easy. I chose this hotel because my departure flight was stupid early in the morning and didn't want to drive too far that time of the morning. The hotel itself was a fair representative of the Sheraton brand. Almost a ghost town during the week but there were some activities happening on the weekend. The front parking lot filled up on the Saturday night forcing me to park in the back parkade. The conditions especially heading out to the car at 4am to leave were reminiscent of many slasher movies but in reality it was just my imagination getting away on me. Good hotel, great location. All in all I'd stay there again if back in Atlanta.

“Short stop”

Our short overnight visit was totally satisfactory, starting with the prompt and helpful shuttle service. The only negative was the understaffed restaurant, but the lone waiter on duty carried on valiently.

“Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Sheraton”

I could not believe from the first minute I walked up to the desk that I was in a Sheraton. The woman behind the counter acted as if I had disturbed her conversation with the other employee who was also behind the counter. I needed assistance on 2 other occasions and felt the same indifference both times. The lady behind the bar actually told me that I would "have to wait" when I asked her for change for a $20 so that I could leave a tip in the restaurant. When she gave me the change she actually put it down on the bar instead of laying it in my hand and then said "Great now all I have is big bills." That settled it for me...that is the last stay I will ever have in a Sheraton!

“Lovely hotel within a minute or two from ATL. Complimentary shuttle was a bonus!”

Beautiful hotel within a minute or two from airport. Complimentary shuttle from ATL was a bonus. Customer service upon check-in was great.

“Don't judge a Hotel by its Lobby”

The lobby of the hotel was very nice. Well worth its 3.5 star rating. Once you took the elevator up to your floor and the doors opened you knew that the Lobby was the best part of the hotel. The carpet was dingy, the room was rundown and not what I am used to expect from a 3.5 star hotel. The worst part of this experience was the $10 charge to park your car and the charge for internet. Absolutely ridiculous. In addition, the walls are extremely thin because I woke up at 5am to catch an 8am flight. While watching the morning news channel at a very moderate volume I received a knock on the door. When I opened it, I was shocked to see that it was security responding to a noise complaint. I was like wow!! Are you serious. I grabbed my things and could not wait to get the hell out of there. I spent half the money and had a much better experience including free breakfast, free internet and free parking at the La Quinta Inn.

“All good except parking”

There was no convenient parking at the hotel. Had to park in a parking garage located in back of the hotel. It was quite a walk from the car to the room. Not a fun thing to do when you are traveling with luggage and a toddler.

“Convenient to airport and Clean”

Shuttle ride to and from hotel excellent and a great bed for an overnighter.

“Not impressed”

First we waited over a half an hour for the shuttle at the airport, which was overly crowded. Then we had to wait in line to check in. Both sinks in the bathroom were clogged, and the TV didn't work. the hotel was convenient to Atlanta airpost but the shuttle was dealyed. We were exhausted after traveling 24 hours from overseas, so we just wanted a place to sleep for the night.

Area recommendations
Did not got into neighborhood - just slept one night after arriving late and then leaving early the next morning.
