This is a great hotel located close to Centennial Park with easy access by streetcar to Martin Luther King National Park. It is surrounded by scores of restaurants. We had a two-room suite which was very nice plus a breakfast buffet. Note that parking is $40/day.

The staff was great. There is no self-parking so you will be stuck with paying $47 a day for valet, or you can risk parking on the street or nearby garages (10 cars were broken into while I was at a convention up the street). That being said, the room was clean, though it was a little dingy (it’s old). Breakfast was embarrassing, several complaints by numerous travelers while in the breakfast room. The food items were extremely limited (eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal). Room should have been much better for the price, especially the bathrooms. Valet staff was wonderful.

We didn't like the cleaning services. Our room was not cleaned, nor new towels provided for three days. The front desk staff said every two days and the cleaning staff said every three days for new towels and bed sheets changed every seven days. Many of the breakfast food items were gone before they closed so you needed to get there early to get something to eat. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers in the shower were completely empty, which we didn't know until we were in the shower.

For the price you would like to have linens in the room for the sofa bed and the correct amount of towels in the room for a party of 4. The room phone did not work nor did the TV unless you used your Netflix account. A friend of ours staying in another room had a spring from the sofa bed sticking up through the mattress. William who we met at check in at night was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was what you would expect for continental. Nothing special. $191 plus $47 valet was too much for what you get. Also valet attendants were not prepared in the morning to get cars resumtingni us being late to our event.

Really pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Lovely building, really nice staff. The room was very comfortable, great shower, nice bed. Very local to where I needed to be. Will stay again.

Gotta park it!
Very nice downtown location, walk-in distance to a lot of venues and restaurants! Clean & quiet, my only drawback is the parking situation, unless you do the expensive valet, you’re on your own for parking.

Laughable for the money. About as good of an experience as a Motel 6, for the price of a luxury hotel. Everything looked fairly old, hallways and elevators were old and yellowed. Shower made lots of weird noises. Kitchen area had a weirdly random assortment of utensils and dishes. Staff seemed not to care about much. Area unsafe and many homeless hang out there. Provides no parking besides valet, which is just street parking anyway. All street parking outside valet is run with a terrible app, and you can't pre purchase for the morning. Insanely overpriced for a second rate experience.

It was a good clean facility. My only complaint is because of the location there is really only valet parking and I think that should be prominently stated. It’s only a problem if you are in and out regularly. Other then that I had a great stay.
