“We'll be back again...really enjoyed the staff, breakfast was nice. Room was spotless.”

My only complaint is sad...the poor homeless in the area. Very sad.

“Great location”

Great location for football games at the Dome, able to walk there. Super friendly & helpful staff. It's old, so not perfect, but totally acceptable.

“Great stay”

I stayed at this hotel for a conference. It was clean, had friendly staff, and a few nice perks (breakfast, social hour, tours). I would stay there again.

“Excellent Service, Great Location”

My wife and I loved staying at this hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast was always good and the evening social time was nice as well. We really appreciated the free shopping service which saved us having to find a grocery store ourselves. It was a ten-minute walk to CNN, Georgia Dome, Georgia Aquarium and World of Coke. We would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

“Best Staff Ever”

I was very pleased witht he hotel, the room was a little cramped, but, what the room lacked was more than made up for by the hotel staff. I have stayed at a lot of hotels, and this by far had the most pleasant staff ever. I wanted to give them all a hug when we left. That was each shift, no difference in day personnel and evening personnel

Downtown was great our grandchildren loved the big buildings, my grandson keeps asking to go back to the hotel with the big buildings. We got to watch window washers up close and personal, the kids loved it. They were washing windows on the building next to our hotel

“A Definite Thumbs up!”

I was in town for a show at the Rialto which very close to hotel, hardly a block away. Valet parking was quick and courteous, they helped with my bags. The Staff was pleasant to deal with. Due to arthritis I asked the travel agency for the lowest floor possible and a room away from traffic. I was originally on the 14th but the staff caught it at check in and they changed it to the 3rd, quickly without hassle. They were professional and easy to interact with. The room was excellent. Mine didn't have a full kitchen just a microwave but the Fridge was full size and you could save money with some planning. I don't sleep well in a new place but I slept like a rock there. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. The complementary breakfast was very good. Eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, fruit, whatever you wanted and you didn't have leave to get it. If you figure the cost and trouble of going out to eat versus not having to it makes the hotel cost effective. If I ever attend another event in the vicinity and want to stay in town I'll stay there again without question.

“Not All that.”

It was less than stellar. First of all it took 30 minutes for me to find the place due to lack of signs. Secondly it was in a bad location. The rooms were clean but nothing special.

“Nice place in downtown atlanta”

Very nice experience. The room was clean and the hotel staff friendly. The kitchenette was a nice feature which we used. I would go there again.

“Great for New Years”

We stayed for New Years Eve and was a good experience. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very nice and all the amenities listed were included. The only unpleasant thing to happen was it took almost 30 minutes to get our car from valet. Overall, a good experience.
