The first day I checked in, the Indian dude who checked me in was “cool”. Property is dirty and in poor condition. It was a quiet night’s sleep though. So I “rebooked” for a second night online through Expedia.com (both night’s were booked through Expedia.com): read ABOUT my “rebooking” experience below: One of the workers is an Indian dude from India (not Native American) who is “psychotic”, speaks poor English, and he has a very, very, very, bad attitude. He charged me for “paying for an additional night online” because I didn’t notify the property in advance before I paid. Who charges customers for spending more money at their dirty hotel? He should have been paying me. The place is “run down and filthy”. It’s the type of property you would expect from Indians. What was shocking was his bad attitude. I called the police on dude because he threatened to call the police on me because I agreed to pay the fee he demanded because I wasn’t on-site to check out of the room that I had paid for (it is their policy that you have to check out by check out time and then check back in at 3:00pm even if you are already in the property, if you don’t tell them you are not checking out, regardless of whether you repay for your room through a third party). Don’t mess with this place. These people are A MESS!!! No business acumen. Unprofessional. Dirty property. Nasty attitude. Poor English. Threatening to call the cops BECAUSE YOU HAVE PAID THEM. Ridiculous.

DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!! The bathroom didn’t have a door to it, no shower curtain, the bed, walls, and floors were dirty. I went back down stairs after we seen the room and got a refund . Oh yeah and the lil lady that was there she was rude.

This place is horrible the pictures on the website look way better than they do in person which is what made me reserve a room. The room I received was nasty just beyond dirty stains on the bed, flys and nats where all in the room, the appliances where old and had stains on them, as well as the tv didn’t work I called the front office no one answered the phone I even went to the office and complained about the room and instead of giving me another room she decided to send maintenance to fix the problem they told me they couldn’t fix the problem and go get my money back cause this place is horrible they had to tell the lady in the front room to give me another room. I give this place a 0 out of 10 will never be staying here again EVER

Nasty Ass room
The stay was not very comfortable there were roaches and other little bugs I think they were silverfish. Rags and towels were unacceptable. Microwave was very nasty with food in it has never been wiped out. Hair all over the sinks and bathroom. Those pillows were dingy countertops were remote did not work and when I did get a remote that worked I couldn't turn the TV.

I stayed with my three kids for one night and it was the worst place we ever stayed.. staff was nice when we first got in the room there wasn't a microwave so I went to the office and the maintenance man brought one up but what got me was I didn't know if it was human poop or dog poop on the wall in room 224 that is very nasty top sheets was nasty and my kids complained about everything that night which was a first I wouldn't stay here again at all property was nasty I mean eeeewwww BIG NO don't stay here unless you don't mind nasty ..
