Convenient location

Pros: The rate was lower than most in the area. The location was close to the freeway and easy to commute to and from.
Cons: I was surprised to not find a hairdryer in the room.
I had to book a last minute trip to attend funeral services for a loved one. The location was convenient to restaurants and stores. It was a 10 to 15 minute ride to everyone and everyplace I had to visit. The check in was quick and the staff very friendly. The continental breakfast I feel should have been available until 11am during the weekends.

Not what I was looking for

Wasn't good, beds were too hard, I dust the furniture the first night, and the carpet needed vacuuming. They are redecorating. Lobby looks great

It was damp and the beds were uncomfortable. The breakfast was great, and the employees wonderful!

Wedding weekend stay

Cons: Danish or donuts for breakfast.
Location: Stone Mountain Park has everything and very close.
Arrived late on a Friday night with 3 tired children. Check in was easy and quick. Stairs to second floor were steep for older person and my husband an amputee but I didn't ask for a ground level room...my fault. Room was pleasant, clean and quiet. Easy to sleep, room dark, bed comfortable. Breakfast not all I had hoped for but it was FREE. Asked for a late check out mid-morning and was allowed to stay until 12 noon. No problems. WI FI was good...kids liked that.

Not real happy

Beds had animal hair in them. They weren't real clean. It was close to the park though. Too much money for such an average room.

Pros: Price was OK
Cons: A little deep cleaning is in order
Biggest dissapointment was inability to get internet entire 4 day stay. Also noise from surrounding rooms was annoying. Nice staff, OK amenities, decent location, but don't think I would stay again.

It was any normal hotel. Very comfortable. The only complaint that I have was that the WiFi kept going out on me. Other that my experience here was good.

Clean and convenient to Stone Mountain. No elevator and lots of stairs would ask for 1st floor if booked again.

My stay at Best Western

Decent hotel

The rooms are big, the beds are big but not that comfortable. Pretty on par with most hotels in this price range. Clean, reasonable, usual breakfast of waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal etc. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
