Everything ok except for the bed and pillows. Bed was not comfortable and mattress appeared to be old and was hard and did not like pillows. I did remember to bring my own pillow this time.

Pros: Convenient to the park
Wifi didn't work. We went to breakfast around 8:30ish. No biscuits, eggsm grits, gravy or meat. There were a couple of bagels, cereal and waffles. We weren't the only ones trying to eat. There were several others as well. One lady went to the front desk and the desk clerk brought some eggs. The employee who was in charge of breakfast, made waffles and took them to the "back" where there were kids playing. I have a feeling they were her children. The second night there was lots of noise directly above us, kids running, jumping and squealing around midnight. The desk clerk at check in on Wednesday night was super nice. His name was Aaron.

Enjoyed the stay. First night was noisy due to a bunch of teenagers arriving but second night was great. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Room was clean and comfortable. Great rates.

Scam Artist!

Put my wallett in the 'Safe' and the safe locked and would not reopen! Hotel manager made ME pay for the locksmith to get the safe open! TERRIBLE SERVICE and EXPERIENCE! Be ware and do not use the safe!

Clean hotel, horrible customer service, stiff bed

Hotel was clean, room was very clean. I stayed for 3 nights. Upon checkin the front desk was not very pleasant, and very matter of fact. The last night I was there, the toilet stopped up. I asked for help from the front desk, who instructed me there was nothing they could do but that I could come to the front desk for a plunger to do it myself. This did not solve the issue. I was unable to use my bathroom for the rest of the trip. They also offer free wifi, but I was never able to log on. It either took too long to get connected so it timed out, or it was limited connection. When I called for the password and username, front staff was very rude about it. When I checked put, front desk was a very nice person, although it took them about 10 minutes to come to the front to check me out. Then there systemso we're down, so I couldn't get a receipt. bed was clean, but very stiff. Felt like I slept on a boxspring. They were also in the middle of a remodel, so even the pool was shut down. Very disappointed. If all you want is a clean bed, and nothing else.. that's what it is.
