“Dated but clean and friendly”

Hotel was not in the best neighborhood...but we felt safe. Staff was super friendly. Room was dated but clean.

“Convenient from downtown on the north side”

Everything was fine, room, breakfast, TV maybe could have been alittle bigger...shower was great...Not very much right around there but that was ok...

“Over priced”

The room was small. The refrigerator didn't work. The air conditioning unit barely worked. That room was about $20 more than I have payed for the same thing in the past only with a working fridge. At one point a group of people hung around outside the lobby door smoking. When I complained at the front desk they just smiled and stared at me but did nothing. I will go with a different hotel chain next time.

“Superb staff”

The staff here are amazing! The hotel itself needs an upgrade, but the staff make it a wonderful stay.

“will definitly go back”

was very well please with the room, the breakfast (as my grandson stated these were the very best waffles, better than waffle house) and the location. will definately go back.

“When Housekeeping Quits”

During our stay, we left our room at 11:30 AM, removing the "Do Not Disturb" sign from the knob. We came back to an uncleaned room. The next day as we left at 11:30, I told the front desk. This day, Housekeeping came back and did their job. The third morning, I gave the front desk the same notice as we left at 11:30. The room was not cleaned when we came back in the evening. This time when I complained to the front desk, they tried to make it my fault for leaving late or maybe I left the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I complained when I left and the best they could do was say they would work on their procedures. If check out is 11:00 AM, why is 11:30 AM too late to have Housekeeping do their job.

“Good overnight stop on long trip”

This was our overnight stop on the way to Orlando for a family vacation. We arrived late and left early. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

“Great Place to Stop and Stay”

We were just stopping over for the night. We got in pretty late, but I was greeted with a warm smile. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. To my surprise the room was quite large and spacious. There was fruit, water and chips also waiting in the room. It was very clean also. I would stay here again and again. I couldn't stop telling my family and friends about it.
