“Atlanta's Best Hotel!!!”

Hotel exceeded our expectations! Definitely worth upgrading to Club level!Week business stay was spectacular! Extremely accommodating and very friendly staff, comfortable, CLEAN rooms! Excellent restaurant on premises! Previously stayed at Ritz and prefer this property! Highly Recommend!!! Will return!!!

“$18.00 WiFi daily access fee”

Technology 10 years behind, RS 232 ports with extra charges, $18.00 daily WiFi charges, a commode that wobbled when sat upon, broken float in commode tank, how do I know this. For a Four Star Hotel and price to match, the towels were rough, the beds too high, and room service soup was cold. Should have had a microwave and fridge if you are going to send up cold soup. They had nice clean windows and a great view. We did enjoy our stay.

“Service less than thrilling.”

I went down to Atlanta for my birthday recently and decided to try this hotel. The hotel itself is gorgeous and very luxurious. The valet and bellhop guys were so kind and made me feel welcome every time i went out of the hotel. The front desk people on the other hand were so-so. The room wasn't unclean, but it wasn't super clean either. The bathtub was dirty, had to clean it myself before taking a bath, and didn't drain. the maintenence guy that came walked right past the bathtub and proceeded to try to fix the toilet which was not broken. The housekeeping service was HORRIBLE. Every single one I encountered did NOT speak English AT ALL. The concierge told us that our problems were a "translation issue" and walked away. A dirty, non working bathtub is not a translation issue. Not in a 4.5* hotel. Instead of staying in the hotel for an extra night, we left and checked in at another hotel. The only thing they did to try and make up for the poor service was give us dessert coupons, which needed to be used with the purchase of a meal..after we'd already had dinner. Horrible, horrible customer service. Very unhappy.

“Beautiful hotel!”

Great hotel! Excellent location. Look at the Peachtree street signs carefully. Lovely hotel room and so comfortable. It is difficult to leave the room. I felt safe and secure. Five star restaurant in the hotel and next door. I will definitely stay there again! Thank you so much!

“Great Place to Stay”

This place is GREAT! So clean and friendly. I actually gat a really good nights sleep. I usually have trouble sleeping soundly in a hotel. Not here, the beds are really comfortable! The staff, everyone!!!!! are great. So friendly and helpful. Loved the stay Also got a great rate from Expedia
