“No Hot Water”
I woke up with just enough time to get ready for the day, went into the bathroom to start my shower--and discovered there was NO HOT WATER! I let the water run for quite some time, to make sure I wasn't just being impatient. But--the water never got hot. I called the front desk and they shared that I wasn't the only one with this complaint. They attributed it to demand early in the morning. I was advised to wait 15 minutes and try again. I begrudgingly agreed. 15 minutes later, still no hot water...now I'm going to be late for my meetings. It took 3 hours for the water problem to get fixed. I was forced to go out in public stinky and dirty. I returned to the hotel at 2pm and finally was able to shower. When I went to the front desk to check out, the clerk offered me a generous $10 off...NOT pleased at all. Infuriated actually. I will never stay at a Hyatt Place again...
“Very Impressed”
the location was excellent, hotel staff friendly and courteous..breakfast was a little light though (not enough variety on display) and the internet kept going off in the room but overall a good experience..would definitely revisit
“Too many loud late night partiers allowed”
Management allows late night congregating in the lobby, parties and lots noise in the rooms in to the early morning hours. I thought I was in a nightclub. Sure they asked the room across from me to be quiet but it took two separate warnings, the last one coming at 2:30AM before the noise quieted to acceptable levels.

The room had many details which made it perfect! Everything from an extra pillow and blanket to adjustable flat screen and great decor. It made my stay a great experience!

the room was very clean, they gave good directions to the places i wanted to go. was glad that they provided a complentary shuttle to take you to some places. we just enjoyed it!
“Nice and Comfortable”
The hotel was great. It was located close to a shopping mall and places to eat. They had fresh complimentary breakfast every morning. The rooms were clean. The overall atmosphere and the hotel staff made us feel right at home. The only thing I could have asked for was they needed a microwave in the room. I travel with small children so I use a microwave alot. Would definately recommend to family and friends.

“Going to American Girl Doll or the mall from out of town”
This hotel was first rate my family and I along with some friends went to the American Girl Doll store and chose this hotel as it was supposed to be close to the mall that the store was in. I was surprised at just how much was close to this hotel. Our friends were able to get up in the morning and walk to starbucks, There is also a cheesecake factory near, though I was not able to go. The mall is just down the road. The hotel was easy to get in and out of. It was clean, and very nice. The rooms were probably the nicest I have seen. We had the 2 bed room, it also had a pull out sofa, which was a sectional and large enough for one to sleep without pulling it out. The room had a 40ish inch screen lcd Tv that was viewable from sitting area or beds. Sitting area included a desk if needed, a microwave, and a fridge. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, from the families to a couple, or anyone who need to some shopping.
