“Excellent stay for business travelers”

I was attending an event at Gwinnett Center, and this was the closest hotel. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was clean, quiet, and in excellent condition. They have a nice flat screen TV, extremely comfortable beds, and free wireless Internet. My only issue was that the wireless signal they installed in the hotel had very poor coverage. I've read other reviews of this hotel, and almost everyone complains about the wireless signal. If they want 5's across the board, they should pay for a wireless site survey and properly install the repeaters.

“Excellent hotel”

For some reason, I'm typically not impressed with Holiday Inn's, so I guess my expectations must have been kind of low. From the minute we walked into the lobby, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was emmaculate and very nicely decorated. Our room was perfect, and the bed and pillows were very, very comfortable. (The pillows were labeled as soft and firm, and there were two of each, so we each got our pick.) We attended a concert at the Gwinnett Center and were able to walk from the hotel to the concert in about 5-7 minutes. The only disappointments were that a.) the restaurant next door was closed, and b.) the lobby restaurant and bar were closed when we arrived back from the concert at about 11:15pm. Otherwise, I was extremely satisfied with the hotel and would definitely recommend it.

While my individual room was as expected, it was the staff, lobby appearance and facilities that set this hotel apart. I travel quite often for work and this hotel was a pleasant experience and one that I will certain visit again while in the Atlanta area.

We stayed at the hotel because it is within walking distance to Gwinnett Center. Excellent if attending a concert because you avoid the traffic! Highly recommend this hotel......

I have stayed in numerous hotels of all classes in the last 20 years and I would stay at this Holiday Inn again easily. The staff was incredible, the room immaculate, the location was perfect, and my dog was most welcome. Thank you Holiday Inn for the most comfortable hotel stay I've had in many years.
