“A pleasant stay, will certainly return”

“Will be returning”

This was a very good find compared to some of the other hotels in the area. We were very happy with the customer service. The people at the reception area were polite and had an eye for being aware of your needs. They were willing to help even when you weren't necessarily looking for help. I'd say they were very aware of the customers.

“Excellent stay in Johns Creek”

I stayed at the hotel with three of my co-workers to attend an event being put on by a local IT company. The hotel itself was wonderful - we stayed in king bed rooms complete with jacuzzis. One of my coworkers ordered room service and was delighted with the taste, serving size, and value. The on-site pool was small, though refreshing on a hot, muggy day. There was also an in-ground hot pool, but with outside temperatures nearing 40 Celcius, I didn't partake. There are quite a few good restaurants in the area within driving distance, and some regular chains within walking distance. You will need a car to get around - the area is not pedestrian friendly, though that may change when roadwork is finished and the pedestrian crossings are activated. Expect a 45-minute to an hour drive back to Atalanta if you want to take in any sights there.

Area recommendations
Get back to downtown Atlanta if you can. It's a foodie's dreamland, and has many atteactions, including an excellent aquarium, the CNN offices, the World of Coca-Cola Museum, and a revolving restaurant on top of the tallest hotel in the Eastern US.

“Top Notch”

The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel was immaculate. The room was as promised and included a refrigerator and microwave. Housecleaning was efficient and the room was spotless. The Hilton in Johns Creek is an excellent place to stay if you are in the area.

“Hilton Garden Inn is a nice hotel”

This hotel was near our relatives There was a lot of traffic in the area due to the high density of new population growth, but it served our needs perfectly. MapQuest was helpful in guiding us to desired locations

Area recommendations
We enjoyed a nice meal at Outback Steak House with about 13 extended family around the table.

“Noisy AC”

The hotel was very nice, comfortable and looked like it had been updated recently, except for the air conditioner. The AC is a unit under the window with a wall control across the room. The unit did not have a fan so you have to pick your temperature and listen to it go on and off all night. I could even hear it through earplugs. I thought maybe it was just me or just my unit but my family in another room on another floor had the same issues.

“Very nice & clean hotel....”

The place was immaculate. Housekeeping was awesome. Fast wireless internet. The breakfast buffet was terrific and they even had made-to-order eggs, pancakes, french toast, etc. The chef came out to tell me how good the strawberry & chocolate pancakes were....and asked me if I wanted him to make some for me. He did, and THEY WERE AMAZING! The pantry had great salads, snacks and necessities. The lobby was very comfortable and had a big-screen TV and fresh popcorn. If I were to be in the Alpharetta/Johns Creek area again, I would definitely stay at this hotel.
