“Family Thanksgiving Trip”

Hotel is right off I-85 and very convenient to Buckhead area. We booked two rooms six weeks in advance through Expedia. Upon arrival we were put in rooms on separate floors even though we had asked for adjoining rooms. Staff apologized but could not accomodate our request. However, the staff was friendly and we had no other concerns. Complimentary breakfast consisted of cereals, waffles, etc. Dining area rather small. Fitness room was OK. Price was OK. Would stay here again but only for a short visit.

This is my hotel of choice now whenever i visit my friends in Buckhead. It was only 5 minutes to resturants and 10 minutes to Lenox Mall. Best location for us.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn on N. Druid Hills was a nice one. The service was outstanding and our room was very clean. We liked the convenience of the small refrigerator and microwave in the rooms. The traffic on Druid Hills made exiting from the hotel hard to do, depending on what direction you were going.

This hotel is very close to our daughters apartment so I can't speak to the location other than for us it is ideal. The hotel was clean, our room was spotless and the front desk was easy to deal with. We had requested a room with 2 doubles and due to a change in plans asked for a change to a King room which they were able to do. Had a nice breakfast buffet each morning with waffles, coffee, danish, etc. Our room was at end of the hall on the 3rd floor, it couldn't have been quieter. My only complaint would be the garbage truck that arrived every morning around 7am at a nearby business. Nothing I the hotel can do about that. Overall we were very satisfied.

“I Would Recommend For the Location and The Price”

The Hampton Inn in Druid Hills was an okay experience. My room smellef kind of funny like a mixture of detergent and smoke even though the room was located in a non-smoking area. I would recommend the hotel again based on the price of the rooms alone because it is not like I was sitting in the lap of luzury during my one night stay. The free breakfast buffet that came along with the purchased package was not a bad spread to eat at all. In fact, I may say that it was possibly even enjoyable and comfy despite the smoke-smelling room the night before. I appreciate the Hampton Inn for the 100% money back guarantee if unsatisfied because I like the thought of them taking the time to value their customers. The location in the buckhead area was pretty nice. I would recommend again. However, when it says "Non-Smoking" PLEASE LIVE UP TO THAT STATEMENT!!!

“Just a bit below what I normally expect from Hampton Inn properties”

I arrived around 11 PM and was checked in quickly and graciously. I wanted to relax awhile before going to bed, but found that the TV wasn't working. Bummer. Had it been earlier I would have called the front desk, but at the late hour I didn't want to bother. In the morning I had a good workout in the reasonably sized and equipped gym. Back in my room I wanted to check something about nearby facilities, but found there was no hotel directory. However, the front desk was able to answer my question. As usual, the breakfast service was well presented and plentiful. Finally, while packing to leave I looked for a laundry bag in which to put my dirty clothes, but there wasn't one. Overall, the issues I encountered were relatively small, but usually I can count on my stays at Hampton Inns to be flawless. So just a little bit disappointing.
