The staff here does a great job. They serve a wonderful free breakfast in the morning. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Location is convenient to a lot of what Atlanta offers. I always enjoy my stay when I come here. Will be back!

The property is good, very well maintained. Right off the highway. The staff was nice even let us check in early. Free breakfast and plenty of food options nearby.

The overall stay was okay. I just did not appreciate how we called multiple times to try and ask about early check-in and no one answered the phone. Also, how check-in was shown on the site to be at 3 PM, but when we got there we were told that it was at 4 PM and the manager just didn't update it on the site. There was also an extra $100 holding fee that WAS NOT presented to us before hand. It was no where on the website under the policies. Also the room smelled old, not a very fresh smell.

Hello, I do apologize for not responding in a timely manner. Booking has our check in time @3pm but Hilton has us at 4pm, I did change it on booking. However we apologize again that there is no place on booking to put our 100 incidentals that we collect from every guest. We will do better and Thank you for staying with us!!!!

I’ve stayed at a few Hampton inns across the street east coast that were all very nice this hotel was not and is pretty old and janky and is in need of updates and repairs. The staff at the front desk and E who drives the shuttle are all very nice and friendly but my room was not a comfortable stay and I was concerned with the cleanliness for sure. The sheet did not fit the mattress and appeared to be falling off when I got into the room. There were stains behind the toilet also did not look to be cleaned well. There was also a broken piece to the nightstand that was just hanging off without repair. It was definitely giving motel vibes. Also the remote didn’t work and there was no button to turn on the tv. We check in 2-22-24, the evening clerk didn't greet nor give me a receipt. The room 404 was clean but the AC unit stayed at 69. The heat didn't work at all. It was freezing in the room. We check out on 2-24-24, the lady clerk was very rude and told me that my receipt will have to be emailed. This piss my daughter off and she went inside to get one because that same lady had just gave her a receipt for her room. The same lady told my daughter that all of sudden her computer is down and that she will have to wait on a receipt. Then she also was very rude to another customer for asking for some sugar. It was a quiet and clean hotel. I wont recommend nor come back simply because of the rude lady clerk.

No closet or dresser; no chair for desk. Room was very dark (only 2 lamps). Ice machine only worked on first floor. One towel had blood on it (that wasn’t ours). Floor needed vacuuming upon our arrival. It would’ve been tolerable for one night, but we were there for 4 nights. Will never stay there again.

Seems to be an older hotel that is not up to the typical Hampton Inn standards we have experienced elsewhere. Breakfast was OK but no batter for the waffle machines and had to ask for more coffee on two of three occasions. Door to bathroom was stuck and room was fairly spartan. The AC unit turned on overnight to 60 degrees when it had been turned to off. Pillows could have been a bit nicer. Staff was OK but not to the point of being friendly and welcoming.

Great location for shopping around, getting something to eat and finding the Marta train. The rooms are average and get the job done for staying here. Free parking is a major plus along with free breakfast.

The door to our room was broken. When we told this to the front desk they said yes we know our maintained guy has been off. So why did they put us in that room. Breakfast was standard food except there was no batter for waffles but the waffle irons were hot and ready to go

Not up to usual Hampton standards. The facility is in a beginning state of disrepair. Carpet in the room, bathroom door need repair/replacement. Furniture outside elevator was chipped; needed repair and paint. Common area floors were dirty. It was ok for a lesser brand. Location was on the fringe between what seemed like safe and unsafe areas. Strong weed smell outside in parking lot. Shower curtain and bedcovers were grossly wrinkled.

My stay started off very nice. My only complaint in the beginning was that my room smelled like a hospital room. But, I sprayed some air freshener to clear that up. However, across the hall from me was a dog, for my entire 2-night stay, that barked nearly all day. Especially in the early mornings, this was inconvenient as I was trying to sleep. To make matters worse, on Monday (my final night), there was a car BLASTING music around 4:25AM. This noise then caused the dog to begin barking and someone above me was walking around. This caused my experience to turn out completely awful. I complained to the receptionist upon checkout but I was only told to “call the front desk next time”. I will no longer stay at this Hampton in the future.
