Someone was smoking weed at the entrance which was a big turnoff for me. It took a few minutes for someone to come to the desk to help me. Room was dirty and the entire night there were kids screaming and running the hallways. I did not sleep well or feel safe.

Stay was fine. Bathroom was in great condition. I did not use the cabinetry in the kitchenette, but it looked well used - misaligned doors, fixture warped at floor level. The refrigerator looked freshly installed, but an ancient unit, and the front and handles of it looked tarnished (past smoker usage) and dirty, like it had been sitting or stored under a dirty water leak. There were no bad odors. The check in process was simple and the personnel were professional. Included breakfast was light roast coffee and oatmeal packets, I expected a breakfast like some other short stay chains opt for, so I was just surprised by that. I think that should be detailed on the website before booking, as it was the determining factor for my stay here.
