“Not impressed”

Hotel Plaza doesn't have the normal features of 5 star hotel - no sauna, no gym, no spa. The room was extremely small; the furniture was put in a way that you couldn't access teh wardrob. On a positive side, the breakfast, bar and resaurant are excellent.

“Stilvolles Hotel”

Sehr schönes Hotel, stilvoll eingerichtet, freundlicher Service und ein wunderbarer Strandabschnitt. Unbedingt Zimmer zur Meerseite buchen, ansonsten Blick auf den Parkplatz und Strassenlärm. Herrliches Frühstück, schöne Gartenanlage, ein ausgezeichnetes Strandrestaurant (wenn auch recht teuer). Mietwagen empfehlenswert. Uns hat es ausgesprochen gut gefallen, wir werden sicher wiederkommen!

Area recommendations
Ein Ausflug zum Poseidon-Tempel in Sounio ist Pflicht. Athen ist gut erreichbar (1 Stunde), wir haben auch Ausflüge nach Epidaurus, Argos, Mykene, Theben und Marathon gemacht.

“Un très bel hotel, luxueux, dans une jolie crique”

L'hotel a une architecture intérieure magnifique, très "italian design", moderne et spacieuse. Les chambres sont splendides, voire luxueuses, décor très élégant, tres calmes et bien isolées phoniquement, air conditionné très efficace. Choisir imperativement les chambres coté mer, la vue arrière est moche et bruyante) Les services sont remarquables (room service, bar de piscine,...). 2 restaurants, un "normal" et un en bord de plage, très beau et "chic", avec une nourriture italiannisante très raffinée, excellents vins grecs, mais compter 30- 50€ par personne. Buffet petit déjeuner pantagruelique. Entretien (chambres, piscine, petit boisde pins, plage privative,...) parfait. Personnel affable, assez stylé. L'hotel est situé au centre d'une petite station balnéaire, Anavyssos, un peu quelconque mais sympatique, mais avec un bon choix d'une dizaine de "taverna" de bord de mer peu coûteuses. L'hotel est à 1/2h seulement de l'aeroport d'Athenes (par petites routes), 1h d'Athenes meme., 20mn du temple du Cap Sounion, lieu magique. Il est par contre assez excentré par rapport aux grands lieux archéologiques : Delphes (2h), Corinthe (2h), Mycènes (2h30) . Avoir une voiture est donc indispensable. On ne peut que recommander cet hôtel qui mérite ses ****

“Schönes Hotel mit Privatstrand”

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön am Strand, hat einen Poolbereich vor dem Privatstrand. Personal sorgt dafür, dass sich nur Hotelgäste im Strandbereich aufhalten. Hotelrestaurant ähnelt denen der 5 Sterne Hotels weltweit, dies gilt auch für die Preise. Daher haben wir die netten, einfachen Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung vorgezogen. Zimmer mit Meerblick haben schönen Balkon und sind denen an der Strassenseite vorzuziehen.

“Agréable séjour”

Chambre comfortable Personnel des restaurants et du room service aimables. La piscine à débordement avec vue directe sur la mer est absolument magnifique mais mériterait d'être chauffée !!! Fraicheur du poisson décevante pour un hotel situé dans un 'village de pêcheurs'!!!
