“Good hotel in Athens”
A good hotel in a great location. Room very comfortable with nice big bathroom. Very helpful staff at arrival and departure. We left with only positive thoughts. Breakfast was as good as any other hotel. You can walk to all the must do things in central Athens. Will stay here next time in Athens.
“Good hotel for the price”
This is a nice hotel for the money. It is well located and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was a reasonable size for a European hotel but was cluttered with the amount of furniture. The breakfast was very good. My only complaint would be that the fitness room is small and only open from 8am to 7pm
“Perfect comfort and elegance”
I loved my stay there - perfect location too between the old part of town with its market stalls and the new part with its fashionable shopping areas. And close to the Metro with a direct link to the airport. And who can complain of a view of the Acropolis from many rooms?
“Great Location & Facilities”
Enjoy a short quiet stroll to the Plaka and restaurant areas and to attractions such as the Acropolis and Museum. Roof top pool area (while quite small) is number one spot with view over Athens and the Acropolis. Breakfasts are great (try the poached eggs) and able to be consumed in a lovely quiet garden. Service could not be faulted.
“Good location”
Excellent location for visit to the Acropolis. Very good breakfast. Though there is free WiFi in lobby, there should be free WiFi in your room
“Good Hotel well located in Athens with Friendly staff”
Good Hotel well located in Athens with Friendly staff
“Great location and views”
Great location, was a little disappointed in the size of the pool (much smaller than the picture looked and only 9 sunbeds). Excellent choices of food at breakfast, quality of food at dinner not so great.
“What's not to like!”
We stayed for two nights in a standard room. This included breakfast. For the price we got a lovely room - but no view. If you want the view of the city and the Acropolis, you pay more, or have your dinner in the rooftop restaurant as we did - the views are stunning! Room was very clean and felt plush in terms of decor and furnishings. Not that big - but more than big enough with queen size bed, chairs around a small round table and the usual desk, wardrobe etc. The entrance to the hotel is very grand and the staff give you that 5 star treatment in terms of manners and attention. Breakfast was great - eat as much as you like from a huge range of cold and hot food. Range of snacks for the bar snacks/ room service menu was good, but not massively extensive. Cocktails were nice and there is a downstairs outside space to enjoy drinks in. The fitness suite was, as with many hotels, a little disappointing. The indoor pool was small, there were some dumbells, a bench, one of those dodgy multi purpose fitness machines, a treadmill and a bike. The sauna wasn't working, but that was a temp glitch, and there was a steam room. Rooftop is where you should go for a swim - the pool gets crowded at the end of the day when everyone gets back from seeing the sights, but it has the magnificent views and is nicely laid out as an area. We went to the hotel to see the historic sights and not to explore much more - it was perfect for this. Overall - very happy.
“Great view of the Acropolis”
We could see the Acropolis from our room, but the view from the restaurant was spectacular! Food was very good. Taxis were on strike during our stay, but the metro stopped at Syndagma square, which is only a few blocks away. The only negatives about the hotel are the price and the small swimming pool.
“would go back”
a wonderful hotel, with a great location to visit all sites.a great breakfast selection which is included in the price.a wonderful roof top swimming pool overlooking the acropolis.
