This hotel is rated as a 4-star on expedia and that is the reason we booked it. It does not qualify to be a 4-star. It is a 2-star at best. The bathrooms were bad. There is no full shower door. The shower holder/rod is broken. So, the shower wouldn't even The phone in the room wasn't working. So, you literally have to go down every time you need something The elevator can barely fit 1 person with 2 suitcases - nothing more. It doesn't even have proper doors that open The rooms were old, dark, and smelly

Ok stay good location
Ideal location and very large rooms but outdated and old. Breakfast was basic for a 4 star hotel .. also very stingy with basic tea and coffee and shower gel .. we were 4 in a room and they would leave 2 of everything.. generosity of service was missing..

A PLUS is nicer....great breakfast !
PLUS means nicer and it is. Classic confy lobby, great breakfast buffet, 1st floor gym and confy bed with big bathroom. The only negative is the area; not much too see but for us it was a stop and go to the airport...so it work nice. Great front lobby service...so nice they started breakfast one hour early for us.Rome was like their photo. Cool.

Very nice hotel, with large rooms not common in European hotels. It was conveniently located next to transit, and the area is clean, safe and walkable with many restaurant options.

I liked everything. Breakfast was very good. Staff for dining is very nice. Staff was always willing to help. Room attendants were always at hand. Gym was at hand and the schedule is very convenient.

It was very small. The picture show a much bigger rooms and size. Elevator was very small and only one person at a time. Breakfast could have been better with more options.

Nice spacious rooms - best so far we used in Greece. Location is not great, it's at the end of a secluded road. - Lift - a single tiny lift, that fits only 2 people. with luggage you cannot have more than one person using the lift. - Breakfast is OK, not bad. - Front Desk executive - haven't seen a guy with such a poker-face. No smiles, quite rude. Other front desk people, especially the lady in the morning-shift was very pleasant, mature, helping. - Cupboards in the room has a nice small round handle, but the screw inside has been left uncut and is so long that it ends up hurting you. My hand was bleeding from a deep scratch I got due to the untrimmed long screw. Bad maintenance. - Room safe - I always check the safe if it works. I.e. if it opens and closes with my pass-code. I did the same before keeping my passports, cash and phone. To my utter surprise found the safe not opening when I returned in the night from a site seeing tour. The poker-face front desk person, was not helpful. He tried opening with keys that didn't exist. They had no emergency key for the safe. It was pretty late in the night. We had a morning flight to catch. I requested technician help. Who came in the morning (late by 45 min.). Technician had no idea on how to open the safe. He tried to enter pass codes, for about an hour. We had to insist on breaking it. Finally it was broken by the technician with a hammer and we recovered our documents and cash. - Overall - not a good experience in this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff; nice breakfast. The front desk person was even willing to provide us coffee/food at 3:30 am as we had to get up early for a flight. Clean and comfortable, a bit dated, but very good value for the money. Very safe, nice and quiet neighborhood. Convenient location to US Embassy. We would stay there again on a future visit to Athens.

Staff is VERY friendly and helpful. Hotel condition is somewhat dated. Breakfast was consistently very good. The room booked was diffeent from the one we stayed in (roll in cot instead of tge fold out bed for our third person).

Nice stay - great room!
I arrived at the hotel at midnight and although from the outside it looks a little dated, inside the lobby was nice and i was well received. The room was very nicely decorated - however the TV had no channels tuned which was disappointing

We visited Athens for 3 days and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The accommodations were wonderful. The location to the metro station is ideal and the price was reasonable. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.
