“Dated. Nasty musty smell”

Outdated rooms needing major maintenance. Musty scents that need to be addressed. Elevator from 1950

“Great location!”

For the price I paid, I didn't expect such a great room. I usually only pick 3 stars and above when using expedia, but this time I was in a pinch due to an event that was coming up i couldn't afford to miss. This hotel was as good or better than most of the 3 star rooms i've stayed in. The staff was very friendly and hotel was in a great great area just near a huge outlet mall and plenty of good restaurants. The only reason I could say that it deserved a two and not three were the breakfast was just okay but theres a great country breakfast barrel restaurant in the parking lot we walked to so it didn't really matter to us anyways! Besides that the tv was a little outdated but worked fine, and everything else about the room was a solid 3 stars - very comfortable beds, modern bathrooms with tons of water pressure and clean clean clean. I have gone to this even for several years now, and every year I choose a different hotel to stay at, but now I'll know right where to stay next year!

“Value property”

Hotel starting to show a little wear, but still a good value. Room was clean and quiet although it was a busy weekend. Plenty of restaurant options nearby and close to interstate. Front desk and housekeeping were all pleasant. Ratings based on comparison to other similar properties, not to the most perfect luxury hotel.

“Very nice stay overall”

I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was excellent and very accomodating. I realize it's expensive to cool the entire hotel but didn't like the fact that the hallways were not air conditioned and my room was not cooled off before checking in.

when we went down for breakfast there were 2-3 people cleaning the hotel inside & out. all staff was VERY nice & helpful! Great stay @ cheap price!!!

“Nice room, lack of breakfast”

This hotel was very easy to find off of the interstate and the staff was very pleasant. The room was good for the price and the beds very comfortable. The complementary breakfast in the morning was mostly pastries and waffles. I wish there would have been eggs or another form of protein, along with fruit. Again, this hotel is very good for its price.

On the the way to the mountains for a snow skiing trip with another family. Hotel was safe, clean, convenient, and affordable.

“Great location, good value for the price”

We booked a room to break up a trip to NC for Thanksgiving. The hotel is in a great location, just off I-85 in the midst of the Tanger Outlet shopping centers. It was totally adequate for our needs, clean & comfortable. There was a problem with our key cards in unlocking the hallway door but the bubbly desk clerk called and had it fixed immediately. All the staff we encountered was very friendly. Would stay there again.

“Outlet Mall or Atlanta Dragway”

This was the perfect stay for shopping at the outlet mall or going to the dragstrip (We did both) as it is situated within 3 minutes drive of either. We had no complaints and this was our third visit here in the last four years.
