“One ashvilles nicest”

This hotel is is very luxurious for the price. It is located in great area near downtown and the biltmore estate. I would definitely stay there again.

“About what we expected... a nice place to stay”

The Residences at Biltmore was a very nice place to stay. The refrigerator was discustingly dirty on the top and the bathroom floor was dirty, with some old makeup stain. Other than that, really enjoyed our stay and found the room quite cozy. It was nice having a kitchen area, even though we didn't get to use it much.

“Nice stay”

Nice place,beautiful and in a nice location. Floors were dirty upon arrival and still sticky after they service the room on the second day of our stay. The bed was devine but the sofa bed matress was very bad so bad we went and got a $100 topper @ walmart. The staff was very nice and the fire-pit was perfect.

“could not have been better”

we do plan to return, this was actually a condo suite and was emaculate. our only small complaint was that the maid service did not replace the coffee used or the shampoo we used. Other than that, it could not have been better.

“Great place to stay”

It's close to the Biltmore village and not far from the downtown activities. And also not far from the Biltmore House. It has all the comforts of home.

Dining

Eat at the Sunset Terrace at Grove Inn. They have am incredible view of the mountains and the food is great too!

“A true gem!”

This was our 2nd trip to Asheville. Our first trip we stayed at the Hotel Indigo and thought it too was fanstastic. This time we wanted to try somewhere different. The rate seemed too good to be true. When we walked in we were amazed. We had a gorgeous one bedroom, furnished apartment. Including, an outdoor patio, fireplace, washer/dryer, fine linens and more. The staff are very helpful, and eager to help find dining, activities. We were minutes from the Biltmore Estate, and about 7 minutes from the downtown restaurants and great shopping. The pool was still open, and we spent a short time there too. We loved our stay and highly recommend it.

“Amazing Place!”

This condo had it all! It was so close to the Biltmore Estate and still close to downtown Asheville. If I ever go back I will definately stay there again.

“why doesn't Asheville have nice hotels?”

This really isn't a hotel; it is an apartment complex of daily rentals. Yes, there is a pool and daily maid service, free WiFi and plenty of space--very nice features, to be sure. But, there is no service, to speak of and no ambience. Certainly no doormen or room service or concierge. One pays a lot for space and location. Considering Asheville's meagre assortment of upscale hotels, it served its purpose. ps. the air-conditioning was frightfully loud. although it was 100 degrees outside, we turned it off and opened the terrace door because the noise of the howling hurricane was completely unbearable.

“A lovely surprise!”

This was a great surprise for us! Everything was top notch--the room, the locations, the amenities. I would go back in a minute! Staff very helpful. Just an overall great experience!
