“Great town but messed up my reservation”
I reserved a king bed but was given 2 doubles, also I did not get the free continental breakfast as advertised.
“Convienient to downtown”
This a great hotel if you are looking for downtown Asheville Experience. We could walk to the restuarants and shops.
“WILL DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN”
GOOD COMFORTABLE ROOM. FINE BED AND TV. ALL ROOM FACILITIES WERE GOOD. I'LL DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN BECAUSE THE PRICE WAS DEFINITELY GOOD. THE HOTEL RESTAURANT WAS A LITTLE PRICEY, BUT OTHER THAN THAT, IT WAS JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR.
“Good Service Is More Than a Smile and Hello”
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and liked the hotel. I was disappointed in the service though. When I checked in, I was not advised of the login and password for wi-fi (or where to find it) and when I tried to extend my stay before going to breakfast, the person behind the front desk said she couldn't help me at the rate I saw online and that I had to make my own reservations online (which I did at the Four Points web site). You would think that she would have done that for me a saved the trouble of pulling out my laptop, booting up and taking the time to do it myself. Hey Sheraton folks, picture I guy at your front desk with his laptop making reservations while your employee sits behind the desk ignoring your customer and gazing into her computer.
“Great downtown location!”
I stayed in this hotel for a conference, and it was wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Asheville area!
“Four Points by Sheraton Asheville”
Location is very convenient to downtown activities. Staff was courteous and helpful with information about the surrounding area. The bed needed replaceing. The beds at the Hampton Inns are always excellent at a much cheaper price.
“In need of updating”
Went down on business trip First room they gave us was musky and had a couple bugs in bed Next room was better Bed comforters old and rustic, same with rugs Walking distance to downtown area, so that was good Nice restaurant inside (Chop-House) Hotel just needs a facelift in certain areas Priced ok

Hotel was satisfactory, offered basic services, clean room, and major convenience to the downtown shopping and nightlife.
“Optimal combination of affordability, comfort, and location”
During our visit, the Four Points Sheraton staff worked hard to provide friendly, reliable, and quality service -- from the concierge, desk attendant, breakfast waitperson, and housekeeper, to the bartender. The location is outstanding -- only a block or so from streets filled with excellent restaurants, bars, and entertainment. The heart of downtown Asheville is only about 3-4 blocks away. I've stayed in many hotels in Asheville through the years, but after my stay in the Sheraton this time, I believe this hotel offers the optimal combination of affordability, comfort, and location (especially given that I prefer the walkability of the downtown area).
“Front desk staff very helpful”
We were in Asheville for one evening and two days for a wedding....the front desk staff was awesome is getting a room ready early for us. We had flown all night and we in the wedding party in the afternoon. We were able to freshen up, and get ready for the ceremony which was extremely helpful. Beds very comfy, great ac, quiet room, convenient location within walking distance to many nice little cafes and unique shops. Try Olive or Twist at the corner for a nice casual meal. Great stay and very affordable.
