“Would not come back”

They put us in a room if you look out the window all you could see was the roof over the front doors so I asked for a different room they moved us to the back side the rome was better but we have stayed in I have not seen the ref.setting right on the carpet. The room was ok for one night but I would not come back.

“Good Hotel”

Hotel was exactly as advertised, Breakfast was good, location was good. Short walk to a iHop. Other locations are a drive away. Internet works well. Breakfast is good. Would use again.

“good for the price”

Overall the stay was good. There was a weird smell in the room of some detergent or something. Apart from that the stay was comfortable.

“Will stay there in the future.”

Convenient location. Not within walking distance to restaurants and attractions, but just a few minutes away. Nice comfortable room and bed. Hot portion of breakfast looked unappetizing, but the bagels, muffins, fruit, etc. were fresh and supply was ample.

“WORST HOTEL EVER- OVER FLOWING TOILET ALL NIGHT”

At check in the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. I felt she was immediately judging me upon my casual dress and young age. She continued to emphasize the fact that it was a no smoking establishment and that there would be fines for smoking in the room. (clearly i knew this when i chose to book a NON SMOKING ROOM) This message was probably delivered to me 5 or 6 times accompanied by demeaning looks like I would receive from my mother as a child after disobeying her. She made me feel like I was doing something wrong and that I was not welcome there, and to think I was paying to feel this way. 2 hours after being in the room, and two toilet flushes later the toilet is clogged, we called down for assistance and the man said behind the desk if we wanted to come get a plunger we could. we did, big mistake due to their cheap appliances water is pouring out of the toilet i called down for assistance and after the bathroom was totally flooded and water was seeping into the main room the man finally arrived to deliver the only solution of shutting the water off He then left and returned to the desk leaving us in a room with a bathroom full of wet towels and toilet water, no access to a toilet/shower Also delivered the message that if i was older he probably would have had a better solution to offer me, but since the hotel was totally booked we had to stay in the toilet room. only to find out the next day there was an open room all night- worst stay ever terrible service

“One of the few”

Checking was brief and easy. The service was great. Just saying..I didn't realize they had a swimming pool til I got there. So be sure to come prepared. And I think this is one of the few hotels in Asheville that will let 18 yr. old people check in. Overall I had a great experience and this is a hotel I would return to when I go back to Asheville.
