One of the only reasons I booked Country Inn & Suites is because my grandaughter wanted to swim in an indoor pool. Unfortunately the water was so cold that absolutely us nor any other guests could get in the frigid waters. I was so dissapointed because this was why we stayed here. I did ask the front desk severeal times if there was anthing they could do to raise the temp of the water. They responded with no results or concern at all. I guess it is easier to keep clean if nobody can even get into the pool. I took the time to respond, however it will not undo my grandaughters pure dissapointment.

Had a two-night stay and was pleasantly surprised when I returned to the room on day two and found that they had cleaned it. It seems since Covid, nobody cleans rooms anymore until you leave. Did a great job and the place was very clean.

I had a family member in the hospital and it was very convenient and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Overall we were happy with our stay but the indoor pool temperature was so cold it really wasn't usuable, which was a bummer for the kids. The room was clean, shower had good pressure, breakfast was good, beds comfy, etc.

Clean hotel, room is clean and comfy. Working Hot tub. Breakfast hour is too short. 7-9am. Until 9:30am will be more idea. Some hot food ran out and not replenished. One gym equipment not working, noisy and need to be repaired.

I have stayed at this property twice before with no issues, this stay was quite different. The room smelled like strong air freshener when we checked in so I opened a window and was able to air it out, at 10:30pm I was awakened to a sound of a squirt of air and it was clear that they are automatically piping in the chemical air freshener. My child is allergic to many chemicals so I called the front desk. They told me they has no idea what was happening and if I had a problem I was welcome to “get kicked out”. The manager refused to even get on the phone to discuss the situation. Do not stay here if you are concerned about health or air quality. Also the staff rudeness was off the charts. There are a million of hotels in the area, go elsewhere.

Was convenient and reasonably clean. Quiet and comfortable. Not ultra luxurious, but we were not expecting that. Close to the Biltmore estate and that area. We found getting into downtown easy.
