Just returned from a wonderful 10 days at this hotel - really hated to leave. Everything about it we loved - nothing bad to comment on. Stayed on a B&B basis so cannot comment on the restaurant. Found the staff very friendly and helpful - especially Eduardo.
I stayed in the sol Tenerife for one week with my daughter read reviews before I went and was a bit scared it was bad choice but I have to say it was a lovely hotel reception staff very nice gave me a quite room and were very fast food was good we didn't use the leisure centre while there but it looked good.Roomwas pleanty big and spotlessly clean.I would go back there again near beach.I stayed in the la siesta and h10 las palmeras all were equal.
We had an enjoyable stay. The weather was perfect, the food delicious and the the friendliness of the everyone made our stay a wonderful experience. We are definitely coming back for more relaxation, good food and some warm weather.
Instant appeal in the lobby and bar area. Unfortunately the rooms (not pool view) whilst clean did not match up to the lobby, the bed was uncomfortable and noise from the air conditioning units was off putting. The food choice was excellent even serving pancakes. Food was warm and well presented. Some wait for tables but as the hotel was full this was to be expected. The a la carte restaurant looked very nice but was expensive. Superb location with access to the sea via the pool area. Pool area is very attractive, extremely well maintained and clean.
Returned to the Mediterranean Palace for the second time this year and sixth time in the last few years. Until you stay in this hotel and in this location you cannot begin to understand why ourselves and many others keep coming back time and time again.
Since our last visit rooms are being upgraded with flat screen TV's etc
Staff cannot do enough for you and in particular the Maitre D' in the restaurant who provides personal service to ourselves as my wife is a Coeliac and requires a gluten free diet.
What more can I say we will be returning again in 2015.
I was a little concerned with the exterior, also no signage re name. The lobby is also very understated. However, Once we reached our room we agreed with the 5 stars and 'boutique' moniker - fabulous! The staff were very attentive, some nice touches with morning fruit and afternoon tea around the pool. A good breakfast - whatever you fancy or use the menu! All in all an excellent if quite expensive week which goes to prove you get what you pay for!
Stayed for one week, was not sure what to find but we found room to be very clean, and with a balcony that allowed for sunbathing. Food was buffet style and it is best to arrive at 630pm when restaurant opens, food was well presented well cooked and very good. Hotel is away from beach and only a very short 5 minute walk. Highly recommend.
