Everyone was great, but I must admit the lady at the night desk was especially nice and courteous. Had a great sense of humor and was very determined to make sure we good stay.

Everything was Ok, but not excellent. At the same time, I didn't expect more for that price. The manager at the reception was not very friendly with us.

Brilliant hotel in a very nice little town. We had two joining rooms which were brilliant. The kids were kept occupied with YouTube and Netflix on the TV. Kids also loved the free hot chocolate in the lobby and the breakfast was very good also.

Pleasant Hotel in Neheim
Very nice hotel with very friendly staff, and well located close to the centre of Neheim. Plenty of parking was available.

Quality Did Far Exceed the Price
The hotel was new. Last time I was in Arnsberg 2 years ago this hotel wasn't there and oh my god it was cheap. Couldn't believe what I paid for three nights. Usually this pricing level would make me nervous, and yes this hotel is not the height of luxury, but the quality did far exceed the price. Ok no bar and no restaurant, but plenty of public parking and a very large comfortable bed

Very good. Rooms are stylish and quite roomy. However they do need AC. In the hot summer months leaving the window open invites noise from the now busy street below. Breakfast is fine - quite limited and boring, but fine.

Dear Duncan, thanks for your feedback. This summer was extraordinary hot and we would have loved to have ac in the rooms. As the property was built in the 80s and completely renovated in 2012 before we opened the hotel, we do not have ac, as it was not state of the art in those days and not common in the Sauerland area. In regards of breakfast I would love to get a more detailed feedback on how we could improve here. Best regards

Lesser of two evils.
The room was very clean but rather small and odd. A bit shocking considering my friend paid for the exact same room and his was much much bigger than the walk in closet mine was. The toilet was in the shower as if it were a camper which I find disgusting and considering this was a resevation for 2, only one towel. I was thinking it was a hotel, not a hostel. The unforgiveable sin was no air conditioning. On the streetside of the building. No attempt to crack the windiws at least left the room boiling. Opened the windows fully to cool the room off but it had been baking all day so everything was saturated with heat. Upon bed time, it was still hot in the room so then I had to make a choice, keep the windows close to mitigate the street noise and sweat all night therefore not get a good nights sleep, or leave the window open so it was cool enough to sleep but get woken up by every roudy drunk, car or random sound echoing down the alley of buildings. I chose to keep the windows open bc it was soo hot. Either way, I didnt get a good full nights sleep beofre the TM event today and Im gonna pay for it. My friends room bc it was bigger cooled off much better. Mine remained hot. Next time...well, no never again.

Dear Manny, thanks for sharing your experience with us.I am very sorry that your stay was not to your satisfaction. Obviously it was our mistake not to prepare the room for two and I apologize for this. I can understand that you are not happy with the fact the we do not offer air conditioning, but normally we do not have such extreme weather situations as we did the week you visited Neheim. For the whole week we had more than 25° which is rather an exemption for our area. Nevertheless we decided to buy fans to offer a tool to ameliorate the situation in the room at least a bit. You said that you are not going to return to our property. I would like to offer the following: If you plan to join the tough mudder contest in 2019, please be so kind to contact me in advance and I will arrange a larger room facing the back of the building. It will be a pleasure for my team and me to convince you of the quality of our service and our product. Hoping to meet you latest next year! Benjamin, General Manager

Overall a good place to stay, I will stay there again for this area. room is a little small if you have a longer stay, not much of anywhere to put your clothes. hard to sit at the desk as the night stand is in the way of the chair pulling out.

Typisches Buisnesshotel, wird aber auch von Urlaubern im Sauerland oder Radfahrern frequentiert. Zimmer zur Straße hin sind laut. Das Frühstück variiert nicht. Es gibt jedan Tag das Gleiche. Wenn man keine großen Ansprüche hat ist es ein gutes Mittelklassehotel. Die Lobby ist schön gestaltet.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise. Familienzimmer als zwei Doppelzimmer mit Verbindungstür ist perfekt und war ausschlaggebend für unsere Hotelwahl. Gutes Frühstück mit reichhaltiger Auswahl. Personal äußerst freundlich. Zimmer und v.a. Die Betten sind top. Hotel ist empfehlenswert, in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum

Der Check In verlief leider äußerst konfliktreich. Ein ziemlich unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter fertigte uns ab, Infos nur auf Nachfrage, genervt, weil wir angeblich zu spät waren (19.15 Uhr), obwohl nirgends ein Hinweis zu finden war, dass wir früher hätten einchecken müssen. Uneinsichtig, bei Klärungsversuch. Die Mitarbeiterin am Sonntag Morgen und die Mitarbeiterinnen beim Frühstück waren dagegen sehr, sehr freundlich und zugewandt, genauso, wie ich es bisher in allen IBIS Hotels erlebt habe.

Typisches Ibis Hotel. Für Geschäftsreisen vollkommen in Ordnung. Das Zimmer hatte ordentliche Gebrauchsspuren. Toiletten Deckel war defekt, das Bett abgewetzt und der Zimmergang war mit einem Stuhl zugestellt. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig.
