Shuttle to metro and airport. Which is basically all you need. Rooms decent, 2 double beds for 4 people not so great. Front desk staff very helpful. Restaurant eh.. All in all, great place to stay for the price.
Hotel was close to Arlington National Cemetery. Purpose of visit was to bury my wife at Arlington and hotel was excellent choice for convenience of meeting family, and getting back and forth. Excellent location for use of the Metro to visit monuments, and other points of interest
in DC area. A little expensive, but due to convenience I will probably stay there in upcoming visits to the Cemetery and other places of interest. Airplane noise from Reagan National was
overwhelming but that is out of hotel's area of control.
Room was larger than expected. Clean and comfortable. Balcony was there but barred off (door was nailed shut to keep us off it). We didn't rent a car and used the metro. Close to metro stop and there was a shuttle service during the week if you were lucky enough to catch it (there was one van and if it was out it was out). Free breakfast during the week and it was good - didn't change though, we had same stuff every day for a week that we stayed. Nice place for a family extended stay.
Close to metro, nice staff , nice pool, nice beds, breakfast is NOT free! Very annoying that they say it is when you book then you go to the room with all four kids and they want $6 a person to eat. Are you kidding me!?
I booked a 2 double bed room on Expedia. It was not available when we checked in, so we were upgraded to a nice 2 Queen bedroom suite Including full kitchen, and a nice
Living and dining room area. It was convenient to our destination (3 miles to Washington DC, 1/4mile to rt 66). The staff and owner couldn't have been more gracious. The breakfast bar wasn't overwhelming, but certainly acceptable. I always look for a 3 star designation for accomodations, this hotel is rated 2 stars. It is no frills, but I just wanted a clean, convenient place to spend the night (sleep) and I was happy with it. Also, every other accomodations I looked at in the area cost $200+ for the night. I paid half of that, including taxes. I would return and I would recommend it to a friend.
