Priced about two and a half times too high
This hotel had so many "little" things wrong with it that, taken together, they felt like a big problem. The hot and cold handles in the shower were reversed, so that my husband turned on the "hot" water and after about ten minutes was convinced there was no hot water in our room (and took a cold shower before realizing the problem). The towel hook on the wall fell off when I tried to use it. Water sprayed into the bathroom from the shower. The nozzle on the bidet was clogged and sprayed water all over. The handle to the sink faucet stuck and was very hard to adjust to the right temperature. The carpet felt dirty. Nobody was at the desk for long periods of time. The hotel simply seemed neglected. The grounds were lovely, but after seeing how poorly the room was kept up, I was honestly afraid to use the pool. I realize this is a 2-star hotel, but even at that level I expect the faucets to be labeled correctly. On the positive side, the WIFI and television worked just fine.

Le Mas outside Arles
This hotel is a good few miles out of Arles. It has a garden and pool but it was raining when we were there so we did not see it as its best. The staff were friendly but the room was a bit basic, as was the dinner menu. However, it is is quiet and only a short drive from Nimes air port.

Troppo disordinata pare una comune casa di campagna la reception quasi inesistente la sera per accedere alle stanze Nessun tipo di illuminazione dovendo attraversare il giardino adiacente alla piscina tra l’altro non pulitissima lenzuola pulite ma camera piena di zanzare

Purtroppo stanza molto sporca con la moquette piena di peli di cane bianchi, probabilmente dell'ospite precedente. L'importo aggiuntivo della colazione si è scoperto solo al saldo del soggiorno.
