Try the daredevil pursuit of jumping off a cliff, enjoy thrilling watersports and investigate the underwater world of this adventure spot near Boracay Island.

With cliff jumping, snorkeling, kayaking, paddleboarding and boat cruises, Ariel’s Point is an exhilarating eco-adventure destination for thrill seekers and nature lovers. It is located in Buruanga, a fishing village on the island of Panay, and is reached via a daytrip excursion from White Beach on Boracay.

Your adventure starts with a 35- to 45-minute ride across the Sulu Sea in a banca, a traditional Filipino outrigger boat. As you approach Panay's coastline, look across at the beaches, forests and volcanic rock formations.

Upon arriving at Ariel’s Point, challenge yourself with a cliff dive from any of its five platforms. The highest is set at 49 feet (15 metres) above the water while the lowest platform is at 10 feet (3 metres) high. If you’re not interested in participating in this activity, watch others hurl themselves into the blue water.

You don’t need to leap from a great height if you want to swim here. Use the ladder near the lowest platform to get into the sea.

Take part in other outdoor activities at Ariel’s Point. Kayak along the coastline in single or two-person kayaks and stop at deserted beaches. Put on a snorkel and mask and peer under the water to see a variety of marine species, including starfish, clown fish and sea anemones. Give yourself a full-body workout by getting on a stand-up paddleboard. These have been custom-designed for beginners.

When you just want to relax, take advantage of the area’s sunbathing spots. Lie on one of the hammocks or the floating bamboo raft.

Trips to Ariel’s Point from Boracay take place daily unless adverse sea or weather conditions prevent travel. The fee includes the return boat trip, lunch, snacks, unlimited drinks from the open bar and all activities. Purchase tickets from the attraction’s official website or from Ariel’s House, the departure point on Boracay's White Beach. Note that children under the age of 7 are not permitted on the trips.
