“Disappointment”

Very pleasant and attentive staff failed to compensate for a hotel which is obviously run by a financial chain rather than committed hotel keepers. Overpriced in its class, low quality facilities,missing extras such as tissues in the room, expensive unimaginative restaurant and a focus on pushing extras such as the spa.

“Wouldn't recommend to worst enimy”

No parking wouldn't recommend There was absolutely no parking and when asked at the desk, we were told to park down the street.

“Not impressed”

This hotel was chosen for its location, it was near the port as we needed an early start for the ferry. The parking was very limited and we were not informed we needed to book a space. We requested an alarm call that we did not receive and an early brekfast/snack that also we did not receive. They will not see me again.
