“not impress at all”

The hotel is new but it's not totally functional, no TV signal, internet only in the lobby, restaurant just for breakfast, the bathroom was falling apart. But the worst thing was working with the excursion agent that is their agent, he didn't have proper guide for our booked hike (he send his selling agent with us) and also he is charging a lot more then everybody else.

“Avoid this hotel...Major Frauds!”

When we returned home from our trip to Green Lagoon in La Fortuna, Costa Rica we examined our credit card statement and discovered that they fraudulantly charged our credit card under their parent company " Paradise Mountain Lodge". They have not responded to any of our attempts to communicate. We are fighting (along with our credit card company) to get our money back. Avoid this place at all costs.
