“Mis selling of hotel”
We have just returned from a week at the above hotel and to give it a 4 star rating is a laugh. The paint was peeling off the room walls due to damp and the shower door was broken and thus did not close properly. The shower tray could have done with a good clean and the colour of the sealing was definitely not white. There was no al la carte restaraunt and the breakfast was a basic continental with no options. Even the orange juice dispenser ran out but the staff could not be bothered to refill it. While we accept that we went at the end of the season we did expect better and we found it was best to go out in the morning and come back in the evening in time to out for dinner. The reception staff were the best thing about this hotel. See tripadvisor.com for additional.
“Arborea-Country”
Disagi per la sistemazione del posteggio, inaccessibile. Cartelli poco comprensibili: non si capisce dov'è la reception! Termostato in stanza funziona al contrario e non funz. estate/inverno Centro benessere bello e nuovo, ma aperto su prenotazione (fuori stagione) In estate sarà certamente molto meglio, in inverno un pò sotto-tono. Personale giovane ed ospitale.

Vom Hotel Horse Country Resort Congress & SPA kann man, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, innerhalb einer halben Stunde viele schöne Orte erreichen.

Bella la struttura, confortevole la stanza e buona scelta di cibi al buffet serale. Gli impianti sportivi dedicati all'equitazione sono ottimi ed anche gli istruttori. Cavalli molto belli.

La struttura è oggettivamente bella, immersa in un magnifico giardino. Le camere sono spaziose. la gestione non è da 4 stelle. La colazione è misera e occorre molto tempo per farla. Infatti non si trova subito posto a sedere ai tavoli (e spesso occorre mangiare sullo sporco altrui) e ci sono file interminabili per un succo di frutta, tostare una fetta di pane o prendere un cappuccino, che è di macchinetta con il latte in polvere, come quelli di ufficio. La pulizia nelle stanze è insufficiente, e alla SPA non rispettano gli appuntamenti, ovvero accumulano ritardi di oltre mezz'ora. No, non è un 4 stelle.

“Hotel liegt weit außerhalb des Ortes”
sehr großes Areal, teilweise nicht gut gepflegt, Parkplatz katastrophal, dafür super Pool, Poolbar macht bereits um 19.00 Uhr zu, Essen leider nur als Menu möglich, 160 Programme auf SAT aber kein einziges in Deutsch - nicht mal auf Nachfrage wegen WM ( auf meine Bemerkung, daß ein 4 Sterne Hotel so etwas überall anbietet kam die schnippische Antwort: Wir sind ein ital. 4 Sterne Haus. Außerdem hatte die Dusche die olympischen Maße von 55 cm.

Il mare non é eccellente nella zona, la manutenzione della struttura lascia a desiderare, il rapporto prezzo-qualità é però buono.
