A bit older hotel, conveniently located near the highway and shopping mall. Lots of chain restaurants in the area. Hotel is very clean, although it looks like they were doing some renovations in the lobby area. Quiet but no breakfast or pool.

Booked for one night for a girls getaway and enjoyed our stay. The room was a great size and we loved having the fridge and kitchenette. The room was big and comfy for the four of us and we had good customer service from the front desk staff. I would stay here again.

Comfy beds check in was fast and ge was friendly night lady also super awesome and helpful but this morning i waited for a different lady for 15 min after calling and ringing the bell and she wasn't to friendly but overall it was a alright stay . No breakfast with this hotel

Overall great staff, good price, and dog friendly.
The staff was wonderful. Friendly, respectful, quick to provide assistance. The room was spacious, however the furniture was not comfortable. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable, however the pillows were very thin. One needed to use at least 3 pillows to make up one normal pillow. Our dog was treated well by staff. There was a nice dog area outside. It was well lit, for late night use. However, she was nervous in the room which indicates another dog may have had an accident in the room.

We stay here everytime we are in this area of Wisconsin. We know without question it will be clean, meets and exceeds all our expectations. Really appreciate the super helpful staff (TBORK/cashier55) who was one of the friendliest staff we have ever met at the Appleton location in the last 5 years!

Met my needs, but…
It appeared clean, but there was a slight vomit smell in the bathroom. The TV was quite small and buffered frequently, so it was difficult to watch. Please replace the shower head - it was really bad. The room itself was big and comfortable. It was nice to have the kitchen area available.

The front manager was very pleasant and accommodating! We stayed because we had an early flight in the morning. I asked about a park and fly and he said of course we could leave our vehicle here but we had to find our own transportation to the airport. He suggested the local cab service and ask what time we wanted to be picked up and called and set up the cab service for us!

A type of deodorizer was placed in the heat vent. The scent was unpleasant, similar of Goodwill. I even had this odor on my clothing when I returned home. Explains noticing this same scent upon check in. Very strong....suggest not using in your facility.

It seems that everything had been thought of; particularly if one was there for an extended stay. The Candlewood Cupboard was well stocked and the Lending Locker had everything available. And the staff is very pleasant! I would definitely stay there again!
