I was there in august 2014 and they were building an extension to the front , what a noise !!!! Apart from that it is a ok hotel. The breakfast is ok but nothing cooked. It's location is at the end of town so close to the marine park for snorkeling ( don't forget the tide goes out) , but a 10 minute walk to the bus station.
Everyone at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay - both when we were staying there and during the rest of our stay in Samoa. Room was clean and serviceable, with daily cleaning available. The clean towels were much used due to the handy pool. Breakfast was nice and abundant, with variation over days to keep it fresh. Staff were knowledgeable about local attractions and happy to help you with anything you need.
stayed the weekend, the check in and stay were excellent, very helpful, i was on the third floor, very of the beach, aircon and fan working well.
Absolutely loved the room and the cleaniness, the staff were friendly and cheerful, good size for a family, not cramped.
Bathroom very clean.
Would deffinately come again.
My Partner and I totally loved our stay at the hotel. We wanted to stay close to town for the Teuila Festival. The service was awesome, people were great and amazing. Waking up every morning with the warm sun blazing up in the sky. Recommend to anyone to stay at this hotel.
Situated up in the hills, in need of an update, which it is getting somewhat. A badly needed new swimming pool was being built in front of our villa. Because we were the only guests (that we saw) they didn't bother switching on the filters on the old existing pool. So we didn't use it.
We ate lunch and dinner on the first day and the food was good.
We hired a car from reception which was very convenient. Reception didn't have any change available so we could pay the taxi when we arrived neither could the receptionist point out where on a map was the hotel situated. Nor did it have our bill ready when we checked out, nor did it remember to order our airport taxi when we left (even though it was written on the whiteboard behind them). Not impressed at all.
The villa was a bizarre design. A rectangle divided into 3 thirds. The two outer thirds held two double beds each and each had a front door onto a small outdoor fenced sitting area. The central third had a two seat settee, a L shaped kitchen island with three stools, a fridge and a hob and then a tiny shower room with toilet, vanity and shower.
The new swimming pool should look good though.
