Great location, near Antwerp Ring but very quite. Great room, everything functional and very clean. Good wi-fi connection. Not luxorious but great, great price for the value. Strongly recommended for business people.

“good business class hotel”

nothing special good business class hotel. Fine for a couple of business nights which is what it is aimed at. staff very good. arrived late and ate in the hotel food was very good and excellent value. breakfast was good

“Nice reasonable price hotel in Antwerp”

The room was ok though the bed was a bit hard fro my liking. Tv was a bit disappointing as the choice of channels was limited. The bathroom was disabled friendly. Breakfast was included in the price of the room and consisted of cold meats, cheese, rolls etc or cereals or bacon and scrambled egg (or all of them if you like as its self service) We didnt have dinner in the hotel so cannot comment on its quality. We enjoyed our time there and felt that the 3 star rating was well deserved. We will be using this hotel every time we go visit our friends in Antwerp in future

Area recommendations

Antwerp doesnt have much going for it. There are a couple of museums and the area round the cathedral is quite nice, I wouldnt recomend Antwerp as a holiday destination. We didnt go there for tourist purposes but to visit friends and attend their wedding

“Good Value for the Price”

This hotel is exactly what it is advertised as: a budget hotel relatively close to the city. The rooms are clean, but are not crazy fancy. Everything you need in a hotel, but not giant and luxurious like North Americans are used to. The staff are courteous and helpful (even when you don't speak ANY Dutch). The location is outside of town (we didn't try to walk it) but there is direct transit about a 5 minute walk away which costs 2 Euros per person each direction.

“Antwerp convenience”

Stayed here while attending a Christmas beer festival in nearby Essen. Plenty of free parking around the hotel. Short walk to tram stop which will take you to the center for less than 2 Euros. Plenty of places to eat nearby and a nice convenience store across from tram stop. Complimentary Internet access via a PC in the lobby was nice. Didn't use the restaurant or bar but it always seemed packed. Room was a bit small but no need to spend time in your room when in Antwerp. Really nice bathroom with tub and shower. Great bargain for Antwerp!

“Does what it says on the tin!”

Excellent. Clean, good helpful staff, good value, excellent condition. Would not hesitate to use this or another campinile hotel again!

“budget antwerpen”

perhaps a little out the way (wee walk to grote markt) but trams and train station 5mins away. good budget accom and ideal for motorway access. friendly multi-lingual staff, would stay there again

“OK for stay overnight”

We used this hotel mostly as a halfway house on a trip and it served our purpose perfectly. Easy to find, room comfy, staff were really friendly (we booked in REALLY late - 2:30am or something like that) with no problems. Not sure how this hotel would serve the purpose for people exploring Antwerp so can't comment on that.

“Great customer service”

We arrived early which was no problem, and the receptionist was really helpful and spoke fluen English, which was a big help. He suggested where to eat, where to get money and how to get to town, so a great place to stay. Antwerp is a beautiful city.

Traveller's tip

Stay out of the city and use the Park and ride - much cheaper and easier, and it takes you to the centre.
