“Quiet and nice”

The hotel is about 15 min ride (35 min walk) from the Antwerp Central Station on a tram line No 2. Quiet location, a couple of local restaurants nearby. A very good choice for the conferences at the Antwerp Provincial Building, which is at a distance of about 10 min walk near the supermarket. The area of art-nuvo architechture could be also reached on foot in about 25 min, the currently closed Museum of Fine Arts is at about the same distance. The hotel itself is a good value for money, clean, free Wi-Fi in the rooms (on a slow side though), reasonable buffet breakfast. Rooms are quiet, the windows cannot be opened, so you will use air conditioner a lot to have some 'fresh' air.

“Good, business class hotel”

Stayed here in February 2010, Just for one night while on business and it was good quality for the price. Staff were curteous and friendly, car parking was very convenient. Room was very comfortable.

“Shabby hotel and rude staff”

This hotel is a 10 min tram ride from the centre of Antwerp. The hotel is not up to 4 star standard and the staff were so rude. I was with a friend and we were booked into a double room instead of a twin despite my confirmation stating twin. When we complained and asked to move it seemed like such a problem for the receptionist. She rolled her eyes, told us they were busy and then took too long finding an alternative room. When we got to the correct room it was in between the lift and the maids room so the noise was unbearable. Woken up everytime the lift bell rang and then when the maid started her rounds at 6am! Terrible hotel with terrible facilities.
