“Spacious, comfortable, quiet , good value for money.”

Excellent accommodation, across street from large park, quiet and comfortable if one is looking for rest. A bit of a walk to restaurants, considerably farther to downtown, but reasonably close to railway station. Suited us fine, to catch our breath, after a long trip.

“Very Unimpresses”

My husband and I went to Antwerp for a family wedding. The rest of the wedding party was staying at 4 star hotel around the corner. We were told by friends who had stayed at the Radisson in the past, that its the only 5 star hotel in the region, so we opted to stay there. It was a hot week in Antwerp and the hotel did NOT have working ac! They said the ac would be repaired the following week. No compensation of any sort was offered for this inconvenience. They should have offered us drinks in the bar, water in the room, breakfast, a change to a nicer room, anything They didnt! The remote for the TV in the room was missing, and they had no replacement. The safe in the room was broken and they did not have a repairman on call. We requested a non smoking room and were given a smoking room. They have a placard on the dresser in the rooms stating 'your stay is free if we can't satisfy you'. I called Expedia when I got home to let them know all of the above. Expedia reps tried calling the hotel several times and kept being told to call back. This was going on all week. I then emailed Raddison from their site and am awaiting a response.

Traveller's tip

For the past 5 years, when we go to Europe during the summer, the ac is not what we expect it to be..working properly! We are always told, either in London or in Antwerp...'It never gets so hot here, we don't really need ac!' When we were in London last summer, and it was hot like hot, we went to Harrods to cool off. The ac there was not what an american might be used to! Friends of ours were saying they have been hearing the same for the past 20 years!

“No atmosphere, dull.”

This hotel did not do it for me, cracks in sink, old TV, dated rooms and ridiculously expensive parking charges. Hotel that is living on its old glories, not awful but for the cost "just not good enough"

Als je komt om te feesten of na 22en normaal te praten op je hotelkamer of misschien te lachen om iets wat je op tv ziet, moet je vooral niet naar dit hotel gaan. Voor je het weet staat de manager aan de deur te kloppen en te dreigen met verwijdering uit het hotel. Voor de parkeerplaats hoef je niet te reserveren, maar daar aangekomen is er ook geen plaats.

Hotel elegante, ampio, tranquillo, dotato di tutti i confort desiderabili, hanno camere per fumatori (se ne trovano davvero poche) in un piano riservato ai fumatori, pulizia, grande cordialità e disponibilità ..... magnifico il letto King (!!) al ritorno il nostro matrimoniale sembra per i lillipuziani :-) ampie camere .... una vista sul parco da incanto..... che dire altro..... magnifico soggiorno, davvero un'Hotel da consigliare anche per il rapporto qualità-prezzo! Altra cosa che ritengo importantissima per una vacanza è la serietà e la professionalità degli operatori Expedia, mi sono affidata a loro telefonicamente per consigli pacchetto/prezzo/convenienza/posizionamento hotel e mi hanno dedicato oltre 45 minuti per fornirmi una vacanza con i requisiti richiesti. Tutto perfetto! Non c'è altro da dire!

Dove abbiamo soggiornato è un'ottima posizione centrale di Anversa: 20 minuti a piedi e sei nel centro "storico"con chiese, negozi, architettura tipica , 15 minuti e ti trovi in mezzo a pub e ristoranti, però tornando in albergo ritrovi pace e tranquillità......tutto poi dipende se piace passeggiare e dalla vacanza che si vuole fare! :-)

Consiglio di cuore ombrello, almeno un maglione, e un giubbotto !! Anche se ne abbiamo acquistati li a prezzi davvero buoni..... siamo stati colti a fine settembre da una settimana di pioggia e vento .... 11 gradi rispetto ai 36 di Roma!!

Must see

La birra !!!! Ho trovato buonissima la Westmalle Trappista e la Zot a Bruges considerando che mi piacciono le birre forti!! Cioccolato a volontà !!! Bellissimi i merletti a tombolo , magnifica Bruges (Brugge) assolutamente da vedere il suo centro medievale .....il Belgio in genere cmq è da vedere , con usi, lingue e caratteristiche molto diverse a seconda della zona che si visita (per dirla in breve lato francese o lato olandese); Zero noia!

Prima hotel ,goede service,zeer aardige en behulpzaame medewerker(sters) Uitgebreide sport zaal ,geweldig en sfeervol zwembad met wirlpool ,droge sauna en stoombad ,badhandoeken ten overvloede ,zeer schoon. prima ligging en op loopafstand van de keizerlei,en andere bezienswaardigheden ! Ontbijt is erg duur !
