“Would definately return”

Spent 2 nights here, and this was the 2nd occasion I have stayed at this hotel. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Antwerp. De Keyser Hotel has an excellent location, right beside the main railway station and within a few moments walk of the center of town. Plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby Staff were friendly and helpful. Only slight criticism was the fact I was given a smoking room, and as a non smoker was a little unpleasant. Also at night time from the room, there's quite a bit of noise heard from the street below (traffic and loud talking) Overall, a great place to stay and I intend to use this hotel again.

“Antwerpens great hotel”

This hotel is located across from the Central Station a beautiful station, you have never I'm sure seen the like. Trains to everywhere.

“Basic Hotel with convenient to Central Railroad station location”

B/F buffet was not that great, room was fine.. covered all the basic needs. Great location next to the railroad station. Cheaper than the Radison Blu which I am not sure would be that much better.

“A lovely three-star hotel right by Antwerp Centraal Station”

I had seen glowing reviews of this hotel as well as run-the-other-way reviews, so I was curious to see what my own experience would be like. As far as I can tell, this is a three-star hotel that advertises itself as a four-star one, so how you see it depends on what you are expecting. If you need the fourth star, you won't be happy. But if three stars sounds good, this hotel is spot on. Staff was incredibly helpful. They immediately fixed our shower faucet, they lent me an adapter for my cell phone, the bar gave us ice whenever we asked. Our room had a shower and tub, a nice bed, air conditioning, and a non-HD TV. If you need HDTV and a sweeping view, look somewhere else, but we were very happy with this place and would stay there again. As someone else noted, wifi costs extra but not next door at McDonald's! And there is a Belgaufra on the block with awesome waffles.

“Great Hotel”

I got a great price on this hotel and was al little concerned because of some reviews. So let’s be clear – if you need brand new immaculate carpeting in the halls and your room – this hotel is not for you. If on the other hand you want exceptional value, a great location, huge rooms by European standards, and even bigger marble bathrooms – then stay here. I asked the wonderful woman at the front desk for a quiet room and the room perfectly fit the bill. The AC worked perfectly (it was 90 degrees fro all six of the days I was there) and the bathroom was enormous. Tons of closet and storage space. I also had a beautiful view of the Train Station – probably one of the most beautiful in Europe. There is free wireless in the lobby and for Starbucks fanatics it is less than 100 feet away. If you are coming by bus from the Brussels Airport – it drops you off literally 10 feet from the hotel. The carpet in the room could use replacing – but everything else more than made up for this – in fact on of the best rooms I have ever stayed in in Europe.

I´d recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Great location, really good breakfast, clean, perfect rates. I´ll come back in my next trip to Antwerp.

“Convenient stay”

Was only there for one night. Room was on the smaller side, but this is Europe. Bed and linens were extremely comfortable. Nothing negative to say. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Very convinient, literally across the street from the beautiful Central Station. Bus to Brussels Airport directly across the street..very convenient. Easy walk to old town.

“Great location in Antwerp”

Very great location if you come in by train as it is literally feet away from the train station. I found some hair in the shower so it's not the cleanest, but other than that I was extremely satisfied. I believe breakfast is served downstairs though I didn't take advantage of it and there are many restaurants around. Ask the hotel for recommendations however as some things can close very early in Antwerp.
