"Not a great location in keene"

"This hotel had so much to offer for a very affordable price. It exceeded my expectations! I would have given 5 stars but they wanted a cash deposit for pool towels and I found that very inconvenient. Maybe charge the room if they aren’t returned instead. I didn’t have enough cash on me for this. Their solution was to use the room towels. Terrible policy. But everything else was A "

"The owners are so kind, friendly, and thoughtful! I stayed here the night before the eclipse, and because they knew people wanted to leave early the next day to beat the eclipse traffic, they moved up the start of breakfast (poached eggs and bacon hash, yum!) an hour. The hotel is beautiful and has wonderful views of the surroundings, including the lake, from windows. There is a nice loop around the lake that can be done, and hiking trails nearby. There is a cozy atmosphere in the winter, when there will be small fires burning in the common areas where guests can mingle and relax."

"Huge comfortable suits, great for families. Loft has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus living room, dining room, and full kitchen. Also gas fireplaces (though may not be running) which creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. Pool, hot tub, and sauna were in great condition. Highly recommend. "

"Great location, safe location & easy to access. It's an older hotel but everything was good. Nice beds and bedding. We had a great nights sleep. Fitness room was closed do to renovations. Basic breakfast with No coffee. But Starbucks is across the street."
