Lovely stay - my first stay in a hotel in Antibes since selling my flat there where I had lived for over 20 years! The staff were so helpful and instead of the studio I was expecting I had a whole apartment for myself! Very impressive.
We booked this trip to Antibes at the last minute and due to a large convention in Cannes, all the good places were already taken. The Residéal is not a hotel. It is a place that rents out studios and apartments. We had to "rent" funky sheets and towels. You have to buy expensive minutes in order to use the wi-fi. By the time you pay for parking, pay for linens and pay for internet, you could get a lot nicer room with better service. The women working the front desk were not helpful at all – when we checked in, they did not bother to ask if we needed linens and told us we would have to go to the tourist info center about a mile away to get a local map and any info. Who would even think that you have to ask and pay for linens?! Even worse, you have to clean the room yourself at the end of your stay or they charge you an additiional amount which is more than one nights room rate! In that there are no cleaning supplies other than a broom in the room, just how clean do you think someone can or would leave it? Gross! On the upside the building is conveniently located a short distance from the train station and also the bus stop where the bus from the Nice airport drops you off. With so many charming options in Antibes, I would not recommend the Resideal unless you are looking to rent an apartment for a long period.

We stayed here 2 nights and it was great. The hotel itself was very modern, with clean and sleek lines throughout. The room was very large and could accommodate a double bed and a single bed. Our family of 3 felt that we were in a suite (we were definitely not). The decor and lights were well thought through and tasteful. Bath toiletries were from Fragonnard (wonderful) and the bathroom was large enough to accommodate 2 sinks. While getting to the city centre requires a 10-15 min walk, this made our room a lovely and warm haven to return to after being out the whole day. The only 2 things that puzzled us were the location of the toilet (you literally have to walk to the other end of the room to get to the sinks to wash your hands) and the design of the shower area (strangely, the drainage hole is not under the shower so when we showered, the water actually flowed right out to the rest of the bathroom). Otherwise, this is a winner for us.

we really enjoyed our staying at josse for 3 nights. staffs there are amazingly friendly, rooms are recently renewered, so clean and big as hotel in europe. it's close to the beach so you can enjoy nice breeze from your hotel balcony. we stayed 2 nights ground floor without balcony, but it didn't bother us at all. the window is wide, and room color is bright enough. last night we stayed sea view room with balcony, that was perfect room for family with kids. breakfast is yum, fresh juice was the best!

Teranga is a charming little place one block from the train station and about six blocks from the beach -- you can't beat that! The staff was terrifically friendly and knowledgeable. Although the rooms are on the tiny side, that is no problem. Nice little garden in back where you can have a good breakfast. You can walk outside and stroll right down the main street lined with bakeries, cafes, laundries, and everything else you could want or need. Juan-les-Pin is far less expensive than Antibes, even though it is right next door and connected by a cute little train on wheels as well as the train on tracks. Teranga will cost you half to a third what the Antibes hotels cost, so why throw money away? If you are going to Cannes, that's only a 7 minute train ride away, and Nice is about 20 minutes away. I would always stay at Teranga.

Wonderful welcome - very friendly staff.
Refreshing change to stay at a non-chain hotel: pleasant, friendly and well run.
Great location: near the beach and the town but pleasantly quiet
Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.
