Property is in a great location. Upon entering it seems well maintained. It had a nice feel to it and the lobby was beautiful. We were greeted and the staff is super friendly. Upon checking into our room we were given water, drinks, and even dessert. It was great. Now for the disappointing parts. The room size was okay. Nothing special and nothing that bothered me. The Air Condition was a mini split unit and extremely old and did not cool down the tiny room we were in. It was set on 17 celcius and on for over an hour and it was still so hot we were sweating. The refrigerator was very old it was rusted all over and it was on the coldest setting but hours later everything was hot. No cold air from the refrigerator at all. We switched to another room and the exact same thing. The ac unit was even older. It is extremely hot in Antalya so i was going to check out. However they switched me to a third room. The AC was decent but not cold. The refrigerator was still not working. They offered i use the refrigerator in the lobby but that was hot too. I eventually made it through the 2 nights and checked out. I am really disappointed in the rooms, other than that, cleanliness, staff, and location was amazing

Can’t recommend enough! Fantastic hotel and a unique historic building with charm. Located beautiful old city Kaleici, the location is perfect for walking everywhere. The level of hospitality is unchallenged. The owners are at the hotel every day and provide excellent recommendations for every detail, places to eat, best way to tour, etc. I took my mother on vacation and was debating between this and a more commercial/all inclusive option and so happy we chose Adalya Port Hotel. Hopeful to get an opportunity to visit Antalya again and would absolutely stay at Adalya Port no question!

Was charged extra on reaching the hotel which got sorted out later. Location was nice bang on the port. Service and breakfast quality was very average which could be improved

This is not a 4-star hotel. Hotels.com should re-evaluate this. There was an empty fridge in the room so a 'minibar' does not count. The breakfast was very simple and standard. Nothing worth the standard of a 4-star hotel. While I got what I paid for, it was way below my expectation of a 4-star hotel

The hotel is located steps from the marina, close to shopping, right in the Old Town - Kaleici - and has fantastic marina views. The hotel is charming. My room was extremely comfortable with a queen bed, great pillows, new linens and excellent housekeeping. Reception staff is extremely friendly. Upon check-in, the lady from reception showed me several rooms from which to choose and arranged for a late check-out for me. Breakfast is top-notch. A huge assortment of fresh and delicious food items every morning. I have visited Antalya a lot but this hotel was the best I have stayed in so far. I will come back for sure! Thank you for a great experience!

Very good location at reasonable price. And lovely historic building.nice pillow and bedding. Breakfast was simple but good enough. Manager was really lovely person who told us story behind the building. Thanks again.

pleasant hotel in central location
Perfect location for all that Antalya has to offer. I felt great walking around, exploring central Antalya and all its perks and coming back to a clean, comfortable room to rest and enjoy the beautiful view out to sea late in the day. I must mention the friendliness of the staff right down to the cleaning lady and the housekeeping services in general. I would definitely stay again.

Basic but clean
Old but well maintained, friendly staff (particularly the cleaning lady).. Downsides are that the wi fi signal didn't extend to the bedrooms, and there isn't anywhere to sit outside. Having said that the marina is literally just round the corner with lovely places to sit.

Location is very good in terms of proximity to the port, old town, restaurants, and shopping areas which are within walking distance. Getting to and from the hotel can be challenging for those who may have limited mobility or health issues as it requires either climbing stairs or walking longer distance to get to the Main Street level. Although there were some minor inconveniences the staff were very respectful, friendly and tried their best to accommodate needs like wifi connectivity in the guest rooms or availability of a fucnctioning credit card machine. There seems to be a cultural gap when it comes to managjng customer service expectations. For example, buffet breakfast is provided according to the staff from 6:30 am till 10 am. However on my departure date on a Saturday, restaurant staff didn't arrive till 7:15 am. When I asked the front desk person about availability of breakfast he informed me it's from 7:30 am. Not sure whether there was a language barrier/miscommunication when I checked in! Wifi network was not working in my room, which was supposed to be available according to the advertised information. Although the staff made a good effort to provide a functioning wifi network later, it didn't reach the third floor where I stayed and asked me to come down to the lobby to use it. Somewhat of an inconvenience but the staff apologized and demonstrated limited attention to whether this was a suitable solution. Overall, my experience was very good.
