We had an enjoyable 5 night stay at Porto Bello. The location is good and was easy to get around using taxis. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a lot of options for food and drink. The night entertainment was not great but we made the most of it.

Fantastic hotel
Fantastic hotel, would return. Great facilities, hard working staff, good food, big clean pool, private beach and the hamam was great. Only thing they could work on a bit is sustainability - a lot more single use plastic than was needed, albeit they did have recycling for plastics.

One of the best all inclusive resorts that I have ever been and I have been in many. Attention to details was quite noticeable. Staff were very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Place was very clean and orderly. Activities throughout the day, music and entertainment at night. Last but not least the food, fruits, and deserts were so delicious. Fresh vegetables, fruits and yummy colorful deserts. Place was really impressive. When I got there I was told that my reservation by Expedia was economy!!!! sooooo strange because I don’t remember seeing a question regarding types of available rooms on Expedia site….. Fortunately front desk noticed my disappointment and upgraded my room at no charge. I was there with my son for 5 days and we were extremely pleased. I like to thank the entire team for their great hospitality and beautiful smiles.

The description on Expedia didn't cover several all inclusive perks: free unlimited towels per day, tunnel under the busy road, free 1 dinner at the fish restaurant, birthday treat. Cocktails in the bar are well above average. Mojito with or without alcohol 5*, not usual sickly sweet. Spa medical deep tissue massage covered physio and points 5*, want to go again. Entertainment programme is excellent both in the day and evenings. However there is no poster clearly telling what and when is happening, advertised app had incorrect information. Posters in the lift included description in Turkish with no translation and no dates. Sought after morning aqua gym didn't have enough rubber flutes for all wanting to participate. Drinking Water in the rooms was not resupplied despite asking.

The place is perfect for relaxing, and the beach is terrific. The personnel at the hotel is helpful and friendly; the food options are vast and delicious. However, I think The hotel should try to improve its environmental practices; the use of plastic is excessive.

I stayed 4 nights there. I booked standard double room which was really good. I recommend everyone to take all inclusive you will get various options for food. I enjoyed swimming, private beach arrea, various activities, from morning to night. I want to go again there.

The place is old. It seems like it is being used for local conferences. Everyday you could find 100's of locals in business attire and badges drinking tea and occupying the lobby. The general vibe of the place was really miserable. Not much to do. Breakfast is ok. Other meals were really bad we decided to go out and eat. The side see view room means you don't see the see unless if you go near the far end of the window.

A cheeky week away
Overall our stsy was good. Excellent service from all the staff. Food was great,with a huge selection to choose from. We stayed All inclusive so the drinks were included, i have to say the wine was awful, the white wine was yellow and tasted awful i did send it back but the replacement one was exactly the same..so i choose to drink rosé with sprite. Im not a spirit drinker. Room was spotless. Had an amazing sea view Entertainment needs some work.. Gym was well equipped Indoor pool was good.

Located very far from everything. Unless you want to spend all your time inside resort dont book here. Not sure why it is rated 5 star. Food is extremely expensive. Very far from night life and shopping etc. i booked through expedia and it had breakfast included but upon checking in i was told i needed to pay for it in euros. All the resorts should give you an adapter for american type phone chargers but not this one i had to pay 3.5 euros for it.

Amazing Resort. If you are staying here, make sure you purchase the All Inclusive package. Food are readily available, full-blown choice, eat until you die. Good service, staff always ready to help. Good ammenities even hotel is a bit old.

Friendly staff and very clean property. Loved the design of the lobby, but the food menu needs some help. Some items in breakfast and lunch menu seemed like it was from the previous meal/day and not in a good shape to be served.
