We welcome and value your negative/constructive feedback which we have since logged, and will be further evaluated and discussed at the next weekly management meeting. Thank you for providing the photographic evidence, however, we have received very few, if any complaints about flies impacting negatively on our guests culinary experience. We do have a number of fly catchers strategically located in the main restaurant, and should the need arise, we are more than happy to increase the number of fly catchers. Hello dear Enas, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. It saddens us to hear that your stay was anything less than pleasing due to the issues you encountered during your stay. Certainly, this is not the kind of experience we would like our valued guests to have. It is great to hear that you had a decent enough experience overall however, we regret the fact that we did not meet your expectations in some aspects of your stay. This does not reflect the high standards we strive to achieve at our resort hotel.​ We take complaints very seriously at the Liberty Lara. Please know, that your voice has been heard, and we will use your feedback to optimize operations if necessary. That being said, please find a counter response in kind to the grievances you highlighted in your review. 1) You allege that you were going to be charged for water because your mini-bar was not replenished? The only plausible reason as to why your mini-bar was not replenished is that perhaps, the 'do not disturb' sign outside your room door was activated which consequently means that housekeeping or the mini-bar staff member are unable to enter your room. We are finding that guests are leaving their 'do not disturb' signs on without realizing. We also have daily logs at reception indicating if the DND sign was activated or not. Water is readily available throughout our hotel at all the bars, restaurants and the 24 hour bar at the main Myra restaurant. 2) It seems you were aggrieved that the bar staff member di not serve you because you turned up 6 minutes early? To you he may have appeared to be doing nothing, but rest assured, the bar staff at the Gagai bar work tirelessly to ensure that everything is in place before service begins at 9.00 am. 3) You allege that there was no entertainment that represented Turkish culture? This is untrue, because on a Saturday, we stage the Turkish cuisine at the main Myra restaurant followed by the Ottoman Turkish Hünkar show, which is a Ottoman Turkish production. The entertainments team also offer Turkish Language lessons an Belly dancing classes. We also offer the Turkish Pınara A La carte restaurant. It is our hope that you provide us an opportunity to be at your service again. In the meantime, enjoy the rest of your weekend; and we hope we can be at your service again in the future. The entertainment we offer at the Liberty Lara is a varied program that caters for the multitude of nationalities residing at our hotel. Hello James, It appears you cancelled the initial reservation you made with Expedia, and you proceeded to make another reservation, and in doing so, the room rate of the first reservation was inherently a lower rate than the new reservation due to the fluid pricing policy. It is obvious you were not aware of this, hence you did not check the new room rate. You proceeded to blame the hotel and the receptionist for an oversight on your part. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we accepted the old room rate, and notified Expedia, who in turn Expedia said they would reimburse the guest at the earliest convenience.
