“Not Impressed”
FIRST there English is very POOR BUT the worst thing they are not helpful and not welcoming at all very bad service NOT LIKE FIVE STAR AT ALL VERY RUDE PEOPLE WORK IN THIS HOTEL . The weather was warm when i was there and the AC was not working in all the hotel for one day. The Aqua park was closing , i did not now this before booking . you feel the hotel is old there pool is not that good BUT THE BEACH IS NICE IT IS NOT SAND VERY DEEP BEACH THERE THE SUNDECK IS DIRTY . The breakfast is 6/10 BUT FOR SURE I WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN

As we came to hotel front desk welcome us very friendly and gor the room in a few mins. Room is big enough and decorated with nice and useful furnitures. And it has seaview as promised. Room service was good quality with very reasonable prices. Hotel location is very good. Close to the airport and center and also its beach has blue flag. Hotel is also good for families with kids since it has a aquapark. Around hotel there re many quality restaurants where mostly we had dinner. Also the night club which is in the hotel one of the best in the city.
“Great value for money”
Staying at Dedeman was a great choice when it comes to good value for money. We stayed in a delux room which was pretty neat. Cant be so sure about standard rooms though. Staff service was ok, but not great. Complementary breakfast was pretty good. If you enjoy water parks, thats an added plus. Swimming pools and indoor sports facillities are good Downside: There is no beach attached to the hotel, just a platfarm above sea. Old antalya city and Beach resorts are far away this hotel

Hotel was good and clean, staff were unfriendly and poorly trained.

Perfekte Lage für Stadtbesichtigung und Ausflüge, weniger für Badeurlaub das es auf einem Hochplateau liegt und nur über steile Treppen das Meer erreicht werden kann. Essen in Buffettform war hervorragend. Schöne große Zimmer mit neuer Einrichtung (hatte Meerblick).

Die Deluxe Zimmer sind alle Raucher-Zimmer. Nichtraucher-Zimmer sind die nicht ganz so modernen Zimmer im 6. Stock. Die Zimmerkarte zum Öffnen der Türe hat bei uns und anderen Hotelgästen oft Probleme bereitet. Oft mussten Wünsche 2x gesagt werden bis jemand von der Rezeption sich darum gekümmert hat. Die PCs mit Internet waren oft von Spielenden Kindern belegt. Super ist das große Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr schöner Ausblick aufs Meer von der Frühstücksterrasse aus. Kostenlose Liegen rund um den Pool. Schöne Bucht zum Baden im Meer vorhanden. Der angrenzender Aquapark mit kostenlosem Eintritt für Hotelgäste ist Spaß für alle. Sehr viele Zimmer mit Meerblick vorhanden. Kostenloses Internet in der Lobby. Schöner Ausblick aus Restaurant im 10. Stock.
